Best Western Plus Heritage Inn Ontario Rancho Cucamonga

Enjoyed our stay; staff and facilities were above our expectations.

The rooms are clean, but the beds... The beds are amazing to sleep on. I have never slept so well on a hotel bed. The area is safe and no homeless around the property, like other hotels in the area. I felt safe in their well lit parking lot, even at midnight. Staff was very friendly and helpful, night staff and day. We stayed in the 2 queen suite, so we had the bedroom separate from the pullout couche and sitting area. Decent size mini fridge that can hold gallon of milk. That was my biggest concern. It holds more but need a milk. There was a coffee maker and a microwave but we didn't use them. Very quiet hotel no loud riff raff.

Very clean and organized location. The staff are all very nice and helped with anything we needed.

For years I've stayed at this property, and had very few problems. Not very soundproof, as you can hear the showers turning on and off. But I guess some things are expected. The rooms are clean, the staff in the dining room in the morning are excellent and so is the front desk.

Great value and location. Comfortable bed, good shower pressure, really good breakfast. Highly recommend.

Overly priced for the accommodations. Entire floor 6 smelled of mildew, aged carpet. Bathroom was way to small, outdated furniture for the price. Hot water took over 15 minutes to get Hot.

Great customer service. Room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. It was very relaxing. I can’t wait to go back there again.

I understand the policy of the physical credit card not being there but they have a policy of “no visitors in the room-EVEN FOR 1 HOUR per front desk!!

Very fast check-in, very nice staff and everyone was nice and awesome. Will definitely stay again when I am traveling in the area the front desk woman was super nice.
