La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Crabtree

Breakfast was adequate. First morning of our stay staff person did not restock supplies at all after about 8:30 a.m. but people were still coming in at that time. On the second and third mornings a different staff person was on duty' things were better. Previous experiences at other La Quinta hotels were satisfactory, this one was below standard.

First, upon entering the property neither set of "automatic" doors fully opened. Secondly, the property was poorly maintained. I saw obvious (and non) attempts at repairs that were an eyesore. Even the simple housekeeping (daily cleaning) was not well kept. The microwaves and refrigerators in the room were very dated. The only updated item in the room I occupied was the bathroom.

It was rundown, filthy, and the floors were awful. Spills in the 1st floor hallway that nearly took my shoes off. The carpets were sooo dirty. And there was a musty smell throughout, especially in the room. We left after 15 minutes because I just couldn't stand to stay there. There was also some sketchy guy outside the side entrance selling tshirts and other things. Super bad!

I would close this hotel

Everything was lovely. This was my first time staying in this hotel. I’m looking forward to coming back it was. nice clean. Beautiful.

Breakfast stunk, no eggs bacon or meat of any kind. The pool was disgusting, completely green. I definitely wouldn't recommend it too anyone.

Horrible breakfast, extremely loud during the night, filthy room but the staff was adorable, very professional, they have the right people working at the wrong location and under a poor management that does care about maintenance at all. Not recommended!

They put me in a “uninhabitable” room and a roach crawled across my hand with in a hour of being in the room. Hotel is filthy. Staff is rude.

Nothing Was dirty and had bugs

Size of the room,great Roaches in my room 408, I killed 5. And the smoking, somebody was smoking, I asked for another room and was moved to another floor.

The location is amazing but this poor motel has been neglected. They promise a pool yeah theres one on property but its green water with needles and trash everywhere. The gazebo is a mess, and the doors that are supposed to be card activated doesnt work so anybody could come in. The vending machine area is flooded from the ice machine the whole hotel smells like a damn weed dispensary we dont do drugs so that was very upsetting. The room isn't bad the shower was clean and the bed was comfortable nobody ever came in to clean amd I had to fix the tiolet myself in order for us to use it. Honestly this place needs help its nothing like the pictures. If I was Wyndham i would be embarrassed to jave my name on this property. False advertisement at its finest Honestly had we not been in town for a concert I wouldn't even stayed here 10 min.

The hotel lobby and room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice as well as the dining area. Staff was also amazing and helpful

the staff were fine, but the room was sketchy. there were no smoking signs but room and hotel in general smelled like cigarettes. there were cigarette holes on floor , holes on the blankets and roaches in bathroom.

A good option if you aren’t going to be spending much time in your room and need a place to stay before a flight.

I done been to this hotel 3 times first 2 times was great room was great but this time the room i had got had roaches in the bathroom bad at night time so i would make sure you got a good room if u staying

Enjoyed my stay and the breakfast was good

The property is not well maintained. The pool was closed down for the summer. It could really use an update. They had an elevator out of service and the one that works still, sounds like it was going to break as well. Overall, the staff interactions were quite pleasant.

The AC in the room worked and the bed was comfortable. The check in was ridiculous. I had to fill out a pre check in registration only to get asked the same questions upon check in which took 25 minutes. The hallway had absolutely no AC & smelled like someone urinated all in the carpet in the halls. The pool was not functional which was not included in the info, the water was green and gross. Our room smelled like straight cigarette smoke even though it says it’s a non smoking facility. I will NEVER stay at another La Quinta again.

Disappointing

The hallway smells like piss from the dogs for years of urination make you want to throw up pool looks like it ain’t work in years
