Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh Capital Blvd I-540

We were very disappointed. There is NO restaurant there. It's the same breakfast that you get at all hotels, except it cost $16 a person + tax and then they expected a tip. Also, it was in there common area. No adjoining restaurant. The rooms were only cleaned every other day, which the description said every day. We were there for 3 nights and it was not cleaned at all. We'll stay somewhere else next time we are down.

The front desk team were very helpful, the facility was very clean and surrounded by places to dine.

Nicely appointed rooms close to fast food restaurants strip malls and other shopping. Easy parking and entrances close to where your room is. Clean and quiet atmosphere. Didn't clean my room or make my bed after my first night. I only stayed for 2 nights so not sure if they would have come the next day.

The beds were comfortable and loved the soft pillows. The building was nice and clean.

We woke up with no hot water and maintenance was stuck in traffic. They did make every attempt to make it right. We were given free breakfast and offered another room to shower in. The breakfast was not good and definitely would not have been worth the $15.99/person. The front desk was amazing and apologetic for the hot water situation.

Hotel was clean! Our issue was with the female staff member. The man who checked us in was very helpful and welcoming, but after going to our rooms we were told that it was okay to check out the hotel bar n restaurant (we were watching another lady look at the menu sitting at the bar). We didn't even get a chance to sit down when a female staff member rudely told as we weren't serving yet and would have to wait I understand it was 5 minutes early but we jus wanted to look at the menu like the other customer we weren't even try to order anything yet jus looking for food and drink options before exploring outside the hotel. It jus made us feel like there was a problem with us being were not welcomed at all. Even though the hotel was clean and with no other problems she just ruined our whole experience and we're not sure about returning. Might try the hotel across from there to see if they're more welcoming and have better customer service. We stayed 5/22-5/24 2026.
