Great staff

The staff were very friendly we checked in late on first floor. The bedrooms were not up to par, we don’t expect perfection but at least decency. The floors were dirty and obviously had not been mopped in both rooms. One room smelled of smoke and there was makeup on the sink and generally unclean. The second room had stains consistent with body fluids on the covers after we pulled them down. They simply need to put more attention into sanitizing and the remote control I wiped it with alcohol had a black build up on it so I knew it had never been wiped. The standard is simply sanitizing and cleaning after each guest stay. We needed a place to sleep after a long days journey and had stayed there in the past, there have been some changes that have clearly impacted health standards in a negative way. The sad part is we moved rooms and it went from bad to worse literally. Better hotel options are around the corner.

Have sausages and bacon , not cream beef, the coffee machine was great, need some more repairs, but over all the hero is great and very close to restaurants and , I-95. Beds were very comfortable, and shower was great, I come to this hotel every year, a great place to stay.

This is a health issue for most people, I found this completely unacceptable. Especially since I was traveling with my youngest child who's allergic to molds and gets very ill.

The stay was excellent and clean. My only concern is guests with pets ( even service animals ) not being conscious of their food handling and hygiene when preparing plates while other guests have to be in contact with the same food , plates, and utensils.

Beds were comfortabl.

The room was very clean and well maintained, and the bed provided a comfortable night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and responsive when I reported the overwhelming smell of marijuana in the hallway, investigating it right away. Breakfast was sparse, but coffee/tea and water is available in the lobby 24 hours which I always appreciate.

Pretty rundown. Bathroom had mold, smelled mildew, shower curtain falling down, bathroom fan didn’t work, windows were filthy dirty, floors were dirty. AC worked but was very noisy. Only good thing was that the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was marginal.

The young woman who checked me in was so polite and helpful. She is an absolute star. My only complaint really was there wasn’t much breakfast prepared. I went down at 8:30ish. There weren’t many other people when I first got there, only about 3. Soon after, more people arrived. There are barely any eggs, sausage or oatmeal. So we were kinda like just walking around trying to decide what we were willing to settle for other than that, the place was great.

Once you enter into the doorway. It smell very nice. The room and hotel it self was clean. My only complaint was the shower a bar of use soap. Breakfast was basic. I felt like they didn’t put enough out. The hotel attendant was very friendly.

I originally booked a three-night stay. Due to an unexpected change in my schedule, I needed to leave one day early. More than 24 hours before checking out, I confirmed with the front desk that I could shorten my stay and receive a refund for the unused night. However, when I checked my credit card statement, I discovered that I had been charged for all three nights instead of the two nights I actually stayed. When I spoke with the manager to resolve the issue, the response was very firm and unhelpful, and they refused to issue the refund that had been promised. I am sharing this experience so that other guests can be aware and carefully review any changes to their reservation and final charges.

Room is pretty clean and AC works well.

The property looks decent on the outside, until you get in! I booked a pet friendly room. I asked to see the room for space purposes with our pets, and the room smelled like mold and it was stains in the carpet. It looked like it was mold in the bathroom, and the bedding hadn’t been properly cleaned. I wasn’t comfortable staying here, so the front desk person agreed to call and speak with the manager to issue me a full refund. Book at your own risk!

We noticed some irregularities about the room. We were too tired to move our luggage to another room. 1. The Toilet (commode) was not anchored to the floor and rocked back and forth. 2.) All of the metal parts in the bathroom are rusted (door hinges, all escutcheons, etc.) 3.) The walls were only half painted 4.) The toilet seat was not tight. I used my own screwdriver to tighten it. 5.) The living area table lamp was broken 6.) The living area chair was broken and wobbly 7.) There are no USB outlets in the room 8.) The bath room vanity was in desperate need of repair 9.) I asked to speak to the "property" manager. I was told that I could not speak to that person. I was asked to leave my name and number. 10.) I showed the person at the front desk, at check out on 14 June 2026, all of the above issued with the room. 11.) The room also had a nasty musty smell. 12.) The side door, does not close. Anyone can open it making it a security issue for guests I will be difficult to trust online ratings and will probably shy away from hotels shown as a "by" some well-known name. This room is disgusting! I have a video of the above issues B. Bochenski

Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Hotel was close to rest, gas and shopping. Downtown Savannah and Riverside were 30 minutes away. Great location!
