La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Savannah Airport - Pooler

Good location to interstate, clean enough for a night. Floors/carpet are a bit rough.

This was one of the best hotel rooms I ever stayed in. I was so pleased. I am planning a trip again in that area and I hope to get a room in this la quinta.

House cleaning service was requested and did not show. Only two towels and no room service was an issue for a weeks stay with two people.

The location was great!! The tv wasn’t working at all and the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful at all!

Location..there is a Wendy's right across from the hotel and a gas station. The free breakfast was good. Had eggs, waffles, fruit, yogurt, toast, biscuits and gravy, juice, coffee. Most..not all..of the front desk people were friendly. Kyler..I believe was his name.. was the best. Room was clean. Parking was ample and easy. Shower/bathtub combo..the drain would collect as you are taking a shower..didn't drain well..hallway carpet was dirty..workout room..equipment was broken..only 3 machines..handle was broken on treadmill..couldn't use..never was fixed throughout our stay...lady who checked us out, never emailed us our receipt per our request..the texting system is not manned...they sent a text saying to reply and they will respond to any requests you may need during your stay..and they never did.

Nice TV, the bed was comfortable, and a good size room. It took some time for the AC to get the room cool. I checked in late so the room temp wasn't comfortable for about an hour or so. Some unidentifiable sticky substance on the bedside table.

I have nothing good to say about this place Nothing…. You shouldn’t walk in a room to mold and then get switched to a second room to a dirty rag and a A/C full of grossness

Dog friendly The hot tub didn’t work, the side entrance didn’t work so we had to bring the dogs around to the front every time. The key card pad didn’t work to get back in from the pool so we had to bang on windows for someone to let us in.

Although generally clean, the smell of bleach in the room was overwhelming. Even with that, the ac unit smelled so bad. Sleep was not possible. Not worth half the price. Not recommended. The neighborhood is also sketchy. Much better one exit to the north.

The location. The fact that it isn’t pet friendly.

The check in lady is really in the wrong job. Zero personality. The first floor carpet needs replacing in the hallways. Other than that the hotel is decent, well maintained, rooms were clean. Coffee was quite good. Could use Stevia as a sweetener. New staff and carpet would put this one notch below a newer Marrriott or Hilton express property.

The staff was courteous. The people and their pets were very friendly and sociable. The area is accessible to many eateries which is a huge plus!

I had to promise to not let my little 10 dog up on the bed with me. He wasn’t happy about sleeping in the floor.

Leaving Sink faicet broken, noisy by elevator, no late check out, returning towels before getting fresh ones while being disabled and making the trips back & forth; defeats purpose of deposit, front desk person playoing on phone, vacuuming right at door with do not disturb sign on door, elevator inspection out of date.

The general manager customer service was very excellent!!! The breakfast was ok it was free so that’s a plus. I would stay here again
