Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Ponte Vedra Sawgrass

This hotel was a great deal. Room with 2 queen beds was very roomy. Ironing board, iron, micro., frig. and Keurig. Good storage space! Very clean. Only 2 weird things: our a/c was very cold and we wanted to adjust. You couldn’t. You couldn’t even turn it off. The vanity in the bathroom wasn’t on the wall properly- it tilted off so that anything round like a tube of mascara would roll right off, lol. We didn’t use the pool, but did buy some snacks off the nice snack area. We also didn’t eat at the restaurant on site. I would definitely stay at The Hilton Garden Inn again. Folks we nice. It’s in a nice shopping center and shares roads with the TPC golf course. Public beach access only a few miles away.

This hotel was great. It’s clean, the workers are friendly. There’s a shop you can buy stuff downstairs, and there’s also a restaurant for all day ordering.

The front staff was always helpful and friendly. We had a suite room for our family of 5. The room had plenty of space and was comfortable. The location is perfect. You can walk to grocery, CVS and restaurants and is barely 10 minutes to Mickler's beach.

Ants, broken vent fans, pool closed most every time I checked and finding out the hotel was overbooked after a 1200 mile trip created a lot of stress... I can say the staff was helpful and we were moved to another room of which only had one bed where temp beds had to be moved in for my children. Would I stay again, absolutely not but it was decent for what it was.

Comfortable large room, and easy indoor walking to Mulligan's Pub for food and drink

Very nice property. You do have to pay for the Wifi which is both unusual and disappointing

The hotel is dated.. rug in room was full of stains.. bath tube had mold around top.. needed to be chauked

Brian is ALWAYS a blessing every year I am there. The young woman at the front desi, in thee afternoon was AMAZING with me as well. I owe you a Sharpie. I will pay it back on my next visit, promise.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. We did have to pay in the parking lot and there were loud trucks outside our window before 6AM.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice and quiet. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom.

They let me check in a little early after a long night of delayed flights and I was beat. I appreciated that

Bath a bit dated & stained - could do with being replaced

Stains on the carpet and the room smelled dirty Bathroom shower was moldy and rust in the bottom of the shower door Air conditioner wouldn’t cool the room If I had guest staying I would have been embarrassed.
