Clean room great staffs a friendly atmosphere

They have a lot of renovations going on and there was no hot water in the room. They first tried to give me a room with no working TV, then they gave me a room with no hot water.

We checked in and I went to work at 11:00 am. By the time I got out of work at 8:00pm we had been removed from the room because while I was gone my boyfriend was dropped off by two of his siblings who came to the room and used the restroom. I called and was told there wouldn't be any change in the managers mind regarding the decision of being g kicked out and that I could get my key deposit the next day.so the next day I went afterwork and was told no key deposit would be returned because the room was messed up and it took the maid two hours to clean up. I argued that we never even used the room except for the restroom which was used by the two siblings really quick. He disagreed and we ended up getting only $10 back. Very rude service, can't have any guests AT ALL, ROACHES even with the lights on, torn comforter, bathroom had soaps that were opened by previous guests, paper thin towels, and floor with tiles missing so tripping is inevitable. Might have been a better comment had I actually gotten to use room with boyfriend but bad management doomed the entire experience.

The room was dirty, the floor had dead bugs ever where, a big table, no chairs. Adequate lighting was needed in the parking area. And tv did not work.

This place is horrible…

I reserved online and I got there my Uber left and they said that half of the building was closed for maintenance and the other half was rented out so I was screwed I had to call Uber again and go to a different hotel terrible

Walls and flooring of the hallway were discusting!!!the whole entire place is old!! It smelt like someone peeed in the hall way! The walls inside the room are gross u wouldn’t let met kids to dog sleep there!! The pics of the room are very deceiving to the eye. If your in desperate need of a place last minute and it’s cheap please save your money and just sleep in the car rheee were bugs too on the floor in the bathroom! I never left a hotel so fast before in my life! I wish I took photos but please believe me when I tell you stay very far away from this place also the guy shorten and pocket 35 dollors!! This hotel should be taken down asap!!

The place was very dirty and I mean as far as though walls inside the room the restroom was dirty there was here all over the shower walls and I had unwanted guests in my room and what I mean by that is roaches there was a hole in the ceiling covered with tape bathroom didn't have curtains over the windows so if you walk by you could look straight into the restroom overall this is just not a good place to stay unless there is no other rooms in the state of California

Super inn canceled my reservation of 4 months the day i arrived because they ran my debit card that had just expired a few weeks earlier. I received no notice from super inn or hotels.com. I wanted to pay with my new card but they already booked another client. In the end i'm glad they did cancel. Because this motel is the most unsavory dive I've ever encountered. I didnt care about the age of the structure (1950s ?) But it did look severely run down and there was homeless/drug addicts loitering in the front as i pulled into the parking lot. Needless to say, i didnt feel safe. I was able to book a motel 6 within minutes of my cancelation. But in the future of hotels.com. I wouldnt put the super inn on your roster of places to stay.

Got into the room...tv was smashed in screen and didn't work. No blinds on bathroom window. Had working microwave and mini fridge. There was prostitution going on next door all night. Rough area. Heard loud traffic all my stay. Only 1 towel for two people. Exposed wiring in ceiling. Smoke detector broken. Roaches.
