Upon arrival the desk clerk was not very friendly. There was no A/C in the lobby. When we got to the room, the A/C worked-the thermostat was set at 66 degrees. When we put the temperature down to 70 because it was very cold, the room was very muggy. We checked out a day early, because this was a horrible stay. We will never stay at this location again.

The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The staff was extremely kind and willing to accommodate our early departure. Wonderful hotel!

Sandra supposed to check the room to make sure that everything was fine, but she did not do it. I had mold in the corner in my room, closed to my bed. The handle for the shower was not working properly. It was very hard to control the hot water. When I was checking out, Sandra was the one checking me out, and I explained everything and I asked her about someone checking the room before adding a customer in there, she said, “yes,” but she did not do it. She tried to buy our silence by giving $35 back on the bill. But that money couldn’t pay my hospital bills if I got sick from that mold in my room. I think she did it deliberately.

Window was so moldy you couldn’t see out of it. Cable AND internet were doesn’t the entire night. Thankfully I booked the room through Expedia who refunded me and we left and stayed at a different hotel

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at for a long time. My only problem was the people staying next door or on the same level loud talking. I gave you a 10.
