It was all legit until the security was being real dumb The security acting like the police

We booked this Super 8 for one night based on the good ratings here on Booking, and the reality could not have been more different. As we pulled in, there was open prostitution in the parking lot along with men who appeared to be managing them, and drug addicts sitting on the curb. The room we were shown had roaches, stained bedding with burn holes, and an overpowering smell. I was traveling with my daughter and did not feel safe, so we just RAN without staying and paid for a different hotel. I never would have expected this from the photos and rating shown here. Dozens of reviews on other sites (Yelp in particular) describe the exact same things: roaches, mold, dirty sheets, broken fixtures, unresponsive staff, addicts, prostitution, and refused refunds. Please read those before you book. If you are traveling alone or with family, do not come here. If Wyndham corporate is reading these reviews — I urge you to inspect this property. Nothing. This place is disgusting. So dirty. The rooms are filthy and smell like marijuana smoke. The odor was so strong it made me nauseous. They SCAMMED me out of $60. This property will not refund me (I didn’t stay in the room because it was really disgusting) and Booking.com will only compensate me $11. This is not aceptable

The room was real dirty nasty and there was a bunch of stuff in the cooler

As we got out of the front desk, trying to find a path to get to our room, a man approached us. He said something to us. Hard to understand but I got scared. Next morning I woke up due to someone's loud crying noise.

Was not made aware of any breakfast. Bed spread was full of holes. Buildings in poor condition. In a very bad and neighborhood that felt very unsafe.

THE HOTEL WAS POORLY MAINTAINED. DOOR DID NOT SEAL PROPERLY LETTING IN LITE. BED SPREAD ON BOTH BEDS HAD MULTITLE HOLES IN THEM. THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS HELD TOGETHER WITH MASKING TAPE AND MOST OF THE SLOT WERE BROKEN. THE ENTIRE ROOM WAS DISTASTFUL!! WILL "NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN"!!!!!!

The property is located in a questionable area, and there was a police SUV in front when I arrived. The room was in desperate need of maintenance. The AC unit was held together with duct tape, the TV screen was keyed, and the tub handle was loose and did not turn the valve. On the positive side, the room was clean, the door locked, parking was good, and the price was low. Plus, I was not robbed. You get what you pay for.
