This was our second stay. The property is well kept outside. We never really knew when the slide in the pool area would be open, they would randomly close it. The pool area was open til 10 which was awesome. Sadly my white rash shirt turned off white after I used the hot tub, I am not sure what they put in there, but it must be harsh. The service around the pool was good when they had it. Tuesday afternoon there was none.the bar in the pool area service was almost. Non existent, 3 guys said they had been waiting close to 20 min. And there was nobody around so they pounded on the kitchen door, a cook came out and found someone to help. The food is expensive and edible, nothing great. They charge $20 for unsecured parking that is ridiculous. Front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming as well as the housekeeping staff. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked great.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The pool for the regular users could be a bit cleaner and the hot tub was awfully small and not very warm but otherwise it was very lovely and Clean And beautiful

Property was amazing. Facilities are very nice and great for families, We used the pools, pool restaurant and the fitness center. We were there for a week in early April and it was not crowded at all. All staff was great. On site food is expensive but the resort is located within 5-10 minutes of multiple food options.

place was nice, but pricey for what you get. we’ve stayed at loews ventana canyon resort multiple times, & the rooms & bathrooms are very spacious & they have bathrobes as well. here, we had a fridge but no microwave.

The bugs were crazy by the light out by the patio. I would have liked to have the option to turn the light off. There was also a large spiderweb above the bed that creeped me out.
