We arrived got into our room AC wasn't blowing cold air it was hot in there in the room so will you called front desk they got maintenance and they fixed the unit in 15 minutes and it worked really good after that

It's not the Ritz but the room was clean and affordable. It was quiet the night I was there. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. I was there for one night with my dog to get some sleep. My AC had gone out in my apartment and I was able to get the much-needed sleep I needed. The rooms need a major update.

This area is bustling. There's a large amusement park not far away. Numerous restaurants surround the area. Regarding public safety in Phoenix: the hotel is enclosed by a perimeter fence, and entry requires check-in verification, making it quite secure. The rooms are clean, spacious, and fully equipped, though the flooring looks a bit dated.

Good staff and location. Zelle at the front desk was helpful and even upgraded my room for free. Location is important as it is in a good location close to everything you need.

They are pet friendly and reasonably priced. All the staff are helpful and friendly.

My son loved the pool. Having laundry on site is helpful. Some minor maintenance & cleaning issues but overall better than others we tried.

Staff is amazing, my room didn't have a fridge or a microwave. I had to clean the floors for 30 minutes for it not to be gross. But for the location it's alright, I'm a 2 time felon so the location doesn't fase me but for a normal person they might be surprised by the fentanyl epidemic outside the hotel and the property. Had a nice pool, place is definitely 50-60 a night..... The broken tiles and disgusting floor and baseboards No fridge, no microwave.
