Loved this hotel staff were friendly, they have a social hour with complimentary drinks.

It is pet friendly. However, large dog howling from midnite to 2:00a. Hotel staff did their best but apparently dog owner wasn’t cooperative. Also, room AC never cooled to the temp set. Probably just a maintenance visit. Staff great, location great, but buyer beware if you aren’t into barking dogs

Hotel was within walking distance of our event venue, Mortgage Matchup Center. The restaurant was closed, but we ate at the Eden Rooftop restaurant and bar. Nothing notable and very hot and windy during late June. The room was spacious and bathroom was nice. The hotel was hard to find. Look for signs that say, "Palomar" and not "Kimpton". Go to valet first to check in at the registration desk. Very confusing to walk through other buildings and open area outside to get to the hotel from parking garage. Parking in valet is the way to go. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Great hotel. Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is so close to the ballpark. The rooftop amenities was very nice. Food at restaurants was delish. Will come back to any other state.

Room and bed were very nice and comfortable. Room was clean. Restaurants were within walking distance as was a market. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly enough.

Everything at the Kimpton was fantastic! The pool was great, the gym access was convenient, and the free coffee bar was amazing. There are no complaints about my stay. The only concern I have was that I was charged for a beverage from the mini bar in my room even though myself nor my roommates took anything. The receipt from my stay didn’t even detail which drink was allegedly missing, so this feels like a way that the hotel gets more money from their guests. If you don’t want to be charged for something from the room then you better not move anything an inch.

Excellent place to stay for all events downtown. Walking distance to all sporting events. Staff is friendly and helpful. Clean and well maintained. Very pet friendly.

Friendly + Convenient

Make sure to ask for passes to the gym, which is just across the street! Room was large, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The pool was great. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Raul, the valet, was extraordinarily helpful. I can’t say enough good things about him also Matt up at the Eden pool and bar was highly attentive between the two of them. I’d give them both on a scale of one to an eight !!!!!

This stay was a 10/10! From the staff to the ambience. Kaitlyn was so attentive and helpful. The hotel was beautiful & the amenities were so nice. I would definitely recommend staying here at this hotel.

Very cool place in a quiet but convenient location

We stayed here because it was such a short distance to the Mortgage Matchup Arena! I would NOT stay again! The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in! Mattress was so lumpy it felt disgusting to sleep on and pillows were really worn out and lumpy as well. The walking distance was nice but I will stay at the other hotel right across the street next time! VERY disappointed! For such a nice hotel and rooms need a major update and new mattresses bedding need to be top priority!

Beautiful rooftop and clean room

The room was good — plenty of drawers and a nice sized closet. The bathroom was perfect. My only complaint is we would prefer to have an empty fridge for our use. Cleaning was good. One day they cleaned very late after we had been gone for 4 hours but that was not the end of the world. Will probably return. The location is ideal for baseball fans as it’s a 10 minute walk to Chase Field.
