The hotel is in a wonderful, very convenient location. The staff members were definitely great, though the property seemed understaffed during our stay, which left the team a bit overwhelmed.Because they were stretched thin, it was difficult to reach anyone by phone at the front desk. A request for a replacement iron (the one in our room was burnt) and housekeeping wasn’t available to deliver—I certainly didn’t mind helping out and picked it up myself at the front desk. Additionally, our room needed some minor maintenance, as the dresser was not level, causing the drawers to slide open on their own. Despite these setbacks, the staff's kind attitude made a difference. I hope management provides them with more support and addresses these maintenance items, as the hotel has excellent potential.

This is a great property overall and a good value. Convenient to Hurricane Harbor which is about 10 minutes. Plenty of dining and shopping right behind hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Bed was extremely comfortable and quiet. Very safe area in upscale part of town. Highly recommend.

Hampton inn never made me disappointed and will be in my top list for hotel reservation for sure. Always clean, polite staffs, good breakfast.

Easy location to get too and clean. Good value for the stay. I didn’t like that they had 2 elevators and only 1 working the entire time. We were in the 2nd floor and seemed to have to wait longer than you should or share with maid service.

When I come back to Phoenix this is going to be my go to I swear, staff was super nice, breakfast was on point, the housekeepers super friendly shout out to them and the location of the hotel was clutch everything you need within a 10 minutes drive or less. Round of applause Hampton Inn ya were the goat this trip

My stay was ok for just one night. Hard to sleep with the noise from the freeway and you can hear when people walk in the hallway and close doors. Some maintenance needs to be done in the rooms. The shower caulking was falling off, a bathroom tile was pushing up which could be a tripping hazard and one bed was very loud to sit on.
