3 Paper towel dispensers in lobby bathrooms were not working dead batteries. Our toilet wasn’t flushing correctly! Had to call for house keeping to bring plunger up at 1:00am because of lack of flushing ability!!! Had to request extra towels and washcloths two days in a row. Biggest complaint is that the bed mattress was awful!! Horrible back pain every night and had to move to couch early in AM two days in a row and ice my back!!! Aside from those issues, staff was amazing!! Every encounter during our 4 day stay with staff was a pleasure from reception desk, wait staff, house keeping, to ALL kitchen staff!! Literally Every employee were a joy to speak with!!! Which makes up for the other issues in my book!! But, mattresses definitely should be updated to a new comfort level. Thank you for your attention to these matters!!

The pool looked beautiful but was overrun with kids. It would have been nice to have and early morning adult only pool time (or later at night). I really wanted to enjoy the pool.

Great Breakfast! I liked that I can special order your breakfast as well as pick up at the buffet. The only complaint the Hotel is old looking could use painting and new rugs or no rugs a little update. Rugs had a lot of stains. Did not use the pool others seems to have. Did not like 1st room checked in. I asked for a room change because the bathroom fixtures looked old and stained and the air conditioner very noisy seem to rattle. Only comment there was a kitchenette sink but no spong or dish detergent to clean dishes or my travel cup. Otherwise hotel was good for the price and a good location for Touring Arizona. King size bed comfortable and plenty of space.

The hotel was really clean, in a great area, the staff was helpful and nice, the breakfast was really good, and they gave complimentary drinks during happy hour. The unique experience was the room had a balcony that over looked the pool, golf course, and view of the hills. Only note or criticism that I would let the hotel know about would be the bartenders didn’t seem too thrilled about being there. They had an attitude when I ordered my drinks, but I get being frustrated when there is a line of people asking for their free drinks. Also, on Sunday the golf course had a loud speaker that seemed to be on or under our hotel side that we could loudly hear at the crack of dawn. We didn’t mind because the kids were up anyway, excited for the day’s activities. But, I could see wanting to sleep in on Sunday and being awakened by a loud speaker at 6 am. We were also charged for parking that I must’ve missed because I thought it was free parking since it had a large parking lot. Overall, the hotel was more than we expected, and at a fair price. We would recommend the hotel, and we would stay there again. Side note: the deposit is $50 a night for incidentals, but they give it back very fast when you check out and didn't have any charges. Ours was refunded the next business day. Unlike some other experiences we’ve had were it took a week or weeks to get it back.

The elevators are painfully slow and all staircases set off an alarm. The room had low popcorn ceilings and a peeling small shower. I had to complain to the front desk to get the TV fixed and the shampoo and conditioner restocked.

Overall the stay was good. The bathroom needs updating and our balcony had a crack in the ceiling and bats kept flying in and out to where we couldn’t sit outside.

Then came the surprise at the end of our stay when I found out I was charged $13 a day just to park in the damn parking lot!! Will never stay at an Embassy Suites again and I will recommend that no one i can influence do so either!

I was there when the temp was 102, and that pool hit the spot. The two girls at the front desk were amazing. Walking up the counter they were busy with other guests , one of the girls made eye contact with me and acknowledged my presence with a smile.
