All around great stay.

Staff was helpful. The room itself was not clean, hairs found in the bed and stains on the towels. The shower also took around 10 minutes just to heat up. Parking can be annoying but I was told street parking is free on the weekends if you are comfortable parking on the street. It is an older hotel that needs some updates in general.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but there were a couple spots of water damage. It was weird that the bathroom didn't have a fan, so you had to leave the door cracked or it would become a sauna after a shower. The parking garage was really sketchy and literally falling apart. It is best to park on the street.

So sweet of the staff to help us switch to a quieter room and give us a wedding welcome into our room

Room smelled awful, A/C didn’t work. Hotel staff kicked people out of an area claiming there was an event they needed to set up for. This event did not take place, the staff was just kicking people out for no reason. Following this though they allowed people to roam the hotel and bother guests with some very questionable motives to where our group no longer felt safe. Avoid this hotel at all costs-go stay at the Marriott.

The ac unit in our room wouldn’t get the room temp below 70 until we were ready to check-out even though we’d been trying to get the room down to just 68 to sleep. The head of the bed was also noticeably lower than the foot of the bed which wasn’t really helpful for our acid reflux. We probably won’t stay there again.

After leaving dirt room 1, with pizza boxes. I was "upgraded" to a room by the pool(loud) and that room was dirty too, no sheets on the bed. It was an upgrade tho See above Had 2 dirty rooms, not cleaned no sheets on bed. One had pizza boxes still in the room.

Good hotel to stay in downtown

We were very dissatisfied with our stay at Four Points; we stayed for two days—Friday and Saturday—and received no fresh towels, room cleaning, or bed maintenance. Personally, I do not recommend this hotel. Everything Bathroom needs to be cleaned up better and the table and chairs

The parking garage was a hot mess and there was feces in the staircase. There was also a word of hair in the shower wall.

The staff was amazing!!! Very helpful!!!

The hotel had a lot of guest. Not hard to sleep but a lot of kids running through out the lobby, halls , gym, and pool. The pool people had music blaring. Also parking garage elevator was broken and it was kind of sketchy better to park in the street.

Stayed for a soccer tournament and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were also super friendly, with dealing with 4 teams of kids and families. Clean, comfy and easy to reach location.

Was good stay. Rooms were older but very clean. Crafted restaurant was open for food but bar was closed. Cocktails at night would have been nice.
-
Room was clean, but the rest of the property and amenities were not taken care of well.

I did not like my stay because the hotel has no liquor license - from past February - and hotel did not tell me. In fact, I received an email saying all was open before I arrived. I booked this hotel because it had a restaurant and BAR. But bar has no liquor license. Had to go out and few places open.
