TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pensacola

They screwed my reservation up and give it to someone else and didn’t have no room for me when I got there. They said they sent a refund to Hotels.com, but I have yet to see it.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were amazing. I will definitely stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The only downfall was the very uncomfortable sofa bed.

I loved the location because the hotel was close to several attractions, restaurants, and stores. I also liked that it was close to Pensacola Christian College which is where my son graduated from Abeka Home School. I was very please with the breakfast. There was a variety of choices, the food was fresh and hot, and it was organized to easily serve yourself. I can not think of anything that could make the stay better. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accomadating. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was pet friendly. Both staff and guests made your pets feel welcome. There were pet waste stations for easy cleanup outside.

Parking was too tight and got my truck door hit and not enough parking sites

Friendliest staff, ever! Great breakfast! Think eggs, sausage, bagels, yogurt, granola and oatmeal bar, that's quite a variety! If there's something not quite yummy, there was something else quite good to fill you up I love the kitchenette in the room! So helpful to have a fridge, toaster, microwave, and cabinet space in the room. Also a little office area with a chair and desk. We were only there for one night but I really was impressed by the use of the square footage. I could easily have stayed there for longer. All this and it's almost perfectly clean (there was a little staining in the soap dish of the bathroom). Great place to stay! Everyone was helpful, we enjoyed our stay.

The property is beautiful and well kept The lobby was inviting. The room was clean and kitchen was stocked with necessities like dishes and pans. The staff was helpful. Loved the oatmeal bar for breakfast!! We will definitely stay here again.

Fully stocked room fully loaded breakfast quiet peaceful and clean site will book again for sure
