Our stay was amazing and would recommend to anyone staying in that area

Bathroom had ants There were ants observed in the bathroom.

The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed about all the great review this hotel got. We stayed one night and room was dusty and looked like it was poorly cleaned. There was also a hole in our closet. It worked for the night but it’s not as the reviews state. The only plus is that the ac worked great and the staff was kind.

This was an okay place to stop for a night conveniently near the highway. It was not super clean or outstanding in any way.

The room was ok but the cleanliness was not it was dirty around the toilet , a mildew shower curtain an hair on the sink. They didn't accommodate me on anything told me nothing they can do bc it was the next morning but I tried to show them were I took the pictures that night when we got bk

My ONLY complaint - we weren't able to use the pool, due to a very rambunctious group out there. The smell of marijuana would give you a contact buzz and vulgar music.

This hotel was ok for the price but the shower floor creaked real bad for some odd reason and someone had definitely been living in our room at some point because there were strip lights behind the bed… good budget option though, I suppose

Check-in was easy and the clerk was kind enough to just use my last four of my phone number in the presence of other guests checking in. She did call shortly after my arrival & check to see that the room was satisfactory. I mentioned that I was missing a large trashcan for the room &she said she would try to get someone to bring one, but no one ever did- I found the large trashcan under the kitchen sink a couple of days later. After wearing socks on the laminate floor, I found that it had not really been swept, much less mopped, before my arrival. The standard couple of foreign hairs on the white towels; the towels are getting pretty threadbare, but at least they were there. I don’t know if it was the musty moist Florida air, but the upstairs hallway stank like butt. Could have been because of the Juneteenth long weekend, but I never heard it being vacuumed. No-one ever bothered to change my trash out over 5 nights —apparently you have to put it outside your door yourself if you want to have it changed. It does not look as though housekeeping(elderly family members.) hits any rooms except the checkouts. I went to the pool; going out the end door of the building by the pool was fine, but there was no sign saying that the touchpad for your key did not work to get back in. I let the front desk know as I walked my wet butt through her lobby & parking lot…she then told me end door doesn’t work.

The lobby, halls, elevator, etc were very dirty and not taken care of or maintained.

It was a good comfortable stay besides housekeepers not checking on us to see if we needed our room clean or anything throughout our stay but overall I do recommend if u looking for a comfortable stay

Obvious signs of bed bugs were easy to see!! Mattress looked like a murder scene. Smelled moldy. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

It had a pool, and it wasn’t too far from the beach. When we checked in we were expecting connecting rooms bc when we originally booked they said it was possible as long as we had one room with king and other double so we did that. Got there and none was available. When we got to the room the fridge was pulled out and open with water all over floor. And there was hair all over the shower. So I’m not sure the room was entirely clean. Worker did come up and put fridge where it needed to go and cleaned up water and sprayed the shower out..
