Quality Inn & Suites Pensacola Bayview

No hot water, had to take a Luke warm showers. Tub clogged up it drained slowly. Beds were clean and comfortable. Easy access to the expressway and Walmart.

I wiped everything down myself because I’m a neat freak but honestly it was pretty clean & hotel clerk was nice!

I am writing this review so that other families are not deceived and are aware of what they are purchasing when they stay at this motel. I have stayed at Quality Inns before and have been trusted them, however this visit has tainted the name for me. The photos online are a bit deceiving and do not show an accurate representation of what the rooms look like. I stayed here 6/23/26. I arrived late and upon arrival I saw several families arriving and leaving so I assumed couple with that and reviews that this would be a suitable stay for me, my sister, my daughter and niece. We stayed in a double bed with couch. The room upon first view was clean, but the hotel had pealing trim literally coming off. It had a huge window in the living room area and in the room that leads to a courtyard. There is no safety barrier. As a group of 4 girls we felt so uneasy but as it was late we felt it even more worrisome to leave and try and find another available hotel. This hotel does not meet the normal quality inn experience. I would not stay here again. Additionally, the shower had dirt on the corners not sure if it was mold or just chunky dirty. The door had a visible gap. In the courtyard path there was a pair of boxer shorts just laying there. Photos attached will speak for themselves. Don’t stay here.

It was an okay stay. It was on our way to Tampa and with easy access to the freeway. Truth be told though, the building needs immediate attention to repairs of doors, walls, and windows. We were on the first floor with double French doors opening directly to the parking lot with no lock…it had a latch on that was just screwed into the frame and there were gaps all around the doors. I slept uneasy to be honest. Affordable and accessible for a quick rest for long distance travelers but must have immediate repairs done.

It could use some upgrades, carpet in our room had a few sticky parts, the desk leg was repaired but looked rough, we were here for a week and the breakfast was good food but the same every morning, scrambled eggs and sausage patty, a few days they had the option of waffles.

The property was outdated and smelled bad. The rooms just felt dirty and had visible water damage across the ceiling.

NOTHING TO COMMETTE

The room was clean and comfortable, however the building is very warm out. The hallway reeked of marijuana when we walked in. The staff at check in was curt and factual, but made you feel as thought they did not care if I was there. The breakfast was so HORRIBLE that we skipped entirely minus a banana. I feel like a little effort in customer service may have helped this be a better stay

The room was clean and had plenty of space, however there are no elevators here. They also need to work on their curb appeal. Bushes needed to be trimmed back to see the door, the pool area did not look very well maintained and there was "turf" all over the place.

There were stains and dirt everywhere. Fingerprints all over the glass. One of the beds had a broken wheel so they leveled it with a scrap piece of wood. The sink was clogged. The carpet had large pieces missing. There are holes all over the walls. I could go on and on but I’m tired of thinking about this miserable place.

Upon our arrival we had to make up our own beds because the hotel didn’t even have room cleaned or set up. There was mold in the AC unit. They advertised a continental breakfast and there was only cereal. No waffles eggs or pancakes or bacon sausage. There was no video game pictures nor was their fusball table or pool table. It was horrible!! Do not stay here at all!

It was very reasonable for the price

The price, you get what you pay for. Room smelled like pet urine, lock fell off sliding glass door, pool was dirty and cloudy the first day but was taken care of.

Everything ing I liked property

We loved the location. We were driving from Texas to Florida. Pensacola being our 10hr mark to sleep. Very convenient and off the hwy to continue down to they keys We didn't like the atmosphere. Bugs everywhere outside so we were skeptical for the inside. We did read reviews of bed bugs and German roaches. We did not see anything inside the hotel rooms but did see them outside. Made everything else ick for us. We slept comfortably due to being exhausted and it being very convenient for the location we knew what we were signing up for.
