Hotel Del Sol

When arrived it looked ok, old but ok. Got into the front desk and I started to smell all kind of smells. Didn’t got instructions to get into my room. Started to go around the property. This place is so dirty, and it is falling apart, can’t believe they have permission to operate. When found the room, their was a women offering services, their were two guys bbqing, this was at 12 am! When walked into the hallway to get to my room you can see the door was half broken, the carpet was coming off, I almost fell coming into the hallway way, just walking in the hall way a smell of weed and cigarettes attack me and I started to have an asthma attack and this area was non smoking room!! I tried to enter the room and the card didn’t work! I wasn’t able to get into my room. I went to the front desk again. There was no one, there was another customer waiting to be checked in and there was no employees. After 15 min of waiting I left my card of the room in the register and walked of the place coughing and feeling sick. Again, it is a shame that this is even an option on Expedia.

The room itself had no towels or wash cloths. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom.The entire 3 days I was there the room did not get cleaned after my first night there.

Nothing was good. Not clean at all Found a drug baggie within 5 minutes of arriving. Super dirty roachs everywhere. We left immediately and would not refund money.

Cold acc rooms are dated but good enough for passing thru

Shower curtain absolutely filthy. Curtains filthy, walls dirty. First rm, there was a live roach n the bed. I went 2 ofc 2 complain & ask 4 a refund. They offered another rm. The TV didn't wk @ first. Staff wkd atleast 30 min 2 get it wk n. Rm smelled, everything was absolutely horrible. I took pix 2 substantiate my case. I wud love 2 share them. I am requesting a refund for

DO NOT STAY HERE! There were no door locks, no towels or wash clothes, the draps were burnt, rat poop EVERYWHERE!

Absolutely nothing. There were squatters in the room that we were supposed to be in. Roaches, bed bugs, mice, carpets had not been cleaned, drug parafanelia in the room, drug residue all over the counters, molded food in the refrigerator. Yelling, screaming, fighting between employees. People loitering. Drug traffic through the motel. The motel was absolutely disgusting and gross.

Very dirty and smelly. No towels in room. Sheets filthy. Floor held together with duct tape. Smoke alarm constantly beeping. I would not stay here.

Worst Lodging Experience EVER!

Awful...the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No pillows, no towels or face towels, rude overnight clerk, bugs and the room smelled horrible. I swear I couldn't make this up. It was BAD I can't see how it's legal to be open AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!

There were cigarette stains in all the sheets available, roaches in all the rooms, graffiti on the walls. Nothing.

The location was great it's was just the hotel room was dirty and nasty The rooms there where roaches in the refrigerator

When pulling up to this property, all seems well. We checked in and pulled around to where our room was only to find all sorts of people just hanging around, not sure what they all were doing but it looked as if they were up to no good. I did not feel safe at all, as they seem to just allow all sorts of nefarious activity. Looked very sketchy! The room are in total disrepair, and the hallways have a god-awful smell. As we about to just walk away from this place, we were met by the owner, and he moved to a more suitable room which was not much better, but I at least felt a little safer. No towels in the room, only one roll of toilet paper, no remote to the TV, no trash cans in the room, I could go on. I do have to say the front desk staff was amazing at helping us out and were very kind and understanding, this is the only reason I am giving a 2 star. This place has potential but is very neglected.
