Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pensacola Beach

I wish there was a shuttle service to the airport, but that wasn’t a huge issue…there were plenty of Uber drivers. We are def. Coming back next year!

The bed was comfortable, room with balcony facing the gulf was a treat!!

A really nice hotel. Family friendly, clean, and hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, too! Location was great as well, within walking distance of many restaurants.

Wow, what a perfect spot! This hotel is laid out perfect; ocean view balconies to die for. From balcony views are of ocean and all the hot tubs, pools and large lazy river. Complimentary breakfast far above a continental breakfast! Fish heads (on-site) restaurant has incredible shrimp tacotillas and grouper bites, very reasonable drink prices. Ocean literally a 1-2 minute walk, hotel sits right on beach. The way the hotel is laid out it didn't seem crowded at all. There was always someone cleaning elevators, touching up walls with fresh paint. Beds are very plush more on side of medium plush, 2 of my 4 pillows felt like feather pillows. So much in walking distance; shops restaurants, and even a liquor store located at entrance to parking lot. Best restaurant we ate at in Pensacola was The Grand Marlin; Lobster claw bites on appetizer menu incredible and main fish dishes are incredible. The views at this restaurant spectacular. You will not regret staying at Fairfiled Inn & Suites by Marriott Pensacola Beach!!! You may pay a little extra but the convenience is well worth it.

The property was absolutely beautiful since the new upgrades. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Our room was spotless. The pool was beautiful. Can’t wait to come back.

We will absolutely return, our stay was amazing! We loved the lazy river and the breakfast was different every morning with lots of options!

From the check-in to checkout, staff, amenities, location, cleanliness, comfort were outstanding! Will be our go to from here on out.

Great facility. Nice and clean

Overall, it was okay. One of the 3 elevators was out of service, causing major delays. The pool was very crowded, and a lot of the younger teenagers were being loud and rough housing. I probably won't stay here again.

Everything was wonferful!

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. This hotel deserves 0 stars but that's not an option. I laid in my bed at 10 pm the first night and instantly felt wetness on my back. Realized that I was laying in the previous guest's pee. The bed was still soaked so the housekeeping knew the bed had pee on it and covered it with fresh sheets. They had no other rooms available so my family of 4 had to sleep in a queen bed. We checked out the next morning and ended our trip after 1 day. The pool worker yelled at my child for standing on the lay out chair because they just had put a new liner on it yet they gave us a bed full of a strangers urine. The only positive is that they refunded us our money, which they should. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

My husband, our two children and I stayed here last year and we loved it so much that we decided to stay here again this year, but the service was very poor this time. We checked in at 5pm and the not-so-friendly front desk staff informed us that there were no rooms ready so we had to wait like 30 minutes. When we finally got our room it was not cleaned well, the carpet was so dirty and it smelled bad. Another thing we hate about the hotel is that not only do they allow guests from the neighboring hotel into their pool, but they also allow just about anyone to get in and as a result our last night at the pool turned into an awful experience for our teenage daughter who was hit in the back of her head really hard with a football by some ignorant boys whose parents just let them run around like they had just been let out of a zoo. I reported the incident to the manager, but nothing was done and the entitled brats continued to play with the football inside the pool. The worst part is that they were not even staying in the hotel. How disappointing. We will not be going back to this hotel and we do not recommend it.

Loved the outdoor space. Towels were draped over chairs as early as 6:30 am so there were never any chairs available until late afternoon. The restaurant Fish Heads was amazing and so nice to have something on the property! Appreciated having our rooms touched up and beds made everyday. Proximity to the beach was a plus!

This property is great for families! The pools and beach are amazing. Everything was very well maintained. The restaurant on property was hit or miss. One day the food was really good, while the next day the food was so salty we could not eat it. Also, we stayed in a room without a balcony. The room maintained the humidity so it was difficult for clothes and towels to dry. The bathroom only had one small hook on which to hang things, so more hooks/towel bars are needed. Beyond that, we loved our stay here and cannot wait to return!

Shower in the rooms need to be fix,it seems only have hot water even if you cold water is still so hot
