Residence Inn by Marriott Pearland

The hotel has a great location in a quiet area, surrounded by restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes away by car. The service was very good, the breakfast was adequate, and the staff was always attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Exceptionally clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was great, and the view of the lake was beautiful. Parking was easy and hassle-free throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to coming back!

A man who worked the front desk was incredibly rude and didn't know what he was doing. I called to ask about some suspicious charges on my card and he hung up the phone in my face because he couldn't explain it. Incredibly unprofessional. Unfortunately this is the newest hotel in Pearland.

I did experience a few challenges. Housekeeping was scheduled to provide full service on the seventh day, but there were some inconsistencies with the service. Additionally, the bathroom exhaust fan was not working and was never repaired during my stay. The air conditioning unit was also quite loud, especially at night. That said, the staff was always accommodating and willing to refresh the room whenever needed. The true highlight of my stay was Ryan at the front desk. He was exceptionally kind, compassionate, resourceful, and genuinely committed to helping guests. His professionalism and dedication went far above and beyond expectations. Ryan is a tremendous asset to the Marriott team, and I plan to personally recognize him with Marriott corporate. Five stars to Ryan!

This place was new, clean, and a great value. The location is good and it was a better stay than Residence Inn Pasadena. Breakfast was over at 9am. SO, my only suggestion would be for it to be open longer. I'd stay here again.

We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were clean the staff was professional and the continental breakfast was actually really good. The environment was just really peaceful and the view is nice. It's a great place to work out even outside because of the water and the walking trail. The lady employee who served the continental breakfast area was amazing and very accommodating. She stood out to me as I watched her help other people so graciously. The guys that worked the desk last night and this morning were professional and helpful!

Our stay at the Residence Inn was absolutely excellent! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and treated us with kindness and professionalism. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere, great breakfast, and convenient location. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Excellent service, professional staff, very clean facility!

Excellent stay! Staff was friendly. We had a studio suite, and it was lovely - a lot of room, comfortable bed, clean, good size bathroom. Workout room was peaceful and enough to get strength training and cardio in. Breakfast amenities were good too - yogurt, cereal, scrambled eggs, coffee, tea. Parking was easy and free. Location is excellent with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Very happy with this choice!

Everything and everyone was amazing

My check in was at 3 pm but I arrive really early in houston and I was accommodated with a 9 am check on. I was dead tired and very much appreciated the accommodation.
