Perfect stay! Thank You!

My main complaint was the softness of the mattress which prevented a good night’s sleep, since I have a bad back. For that reason, I will not be staying there again.

This charming hotel had wonderful staff, full amenities, and a great vibe. We travel to the area periodically and will be staying here for all of our next visits!

All the staff are Amazing from the front desk to housekeeping I love zen Hotel. Very clean. Excellent Breakfast. This Hotel and Staff deserve more than 5 stars! Keep it up! Highly recommended!

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Nice surprise was having a door out to a balcony to let in a cross breeze of fresh air.

Size of the rooms and layout. They were very helpful with all questions and extremely accommodating storing our luggage.

The hotel is convenient for a one night stay. Don’t expect anything beyond services that a motel provides you. The breakfast is basic. The air conditioning in the room is the noisiest I have ever experienced. Noise isolation is poor. No curtains in the bathroom window that can be seen from the outside. Parking is plentiful and easy. The staff is very friendly and the room is clean.

Exceptional

An older hotel in a prime location in Palo Alto . Recently remodeled and the room is quite a bit bigger than I expected . Room is clean and have all the basic needs. Even has a patio in the back to relax !! Hot Breakfast is included but nothing fancy & very limited. The lady in charge watch everything closely. Keep food supply going & clean up immediately if anybody makes a mess !! Have sign stating taking food back to room is NOT ALLOW !! Plenty of parking for free with 6 covered spots !!! For budget traveler like myself, this is my kind of accommodation !

The room was clean, housekeeping was efficient. Breakfast had a variety of hot items including oatmeal and waffles, baked goods, coffee, tea and juices. The amenities were good for a three star hotel. The only setback was the wi fi which was weak and cut off intermittently.

Breakfast was extremely basic and exactly the same everyday. I'm not a fan of paper plates for meals so that was disappointing. But I must say the staff were quite friendly and helpful. The accommodation was adequate for purpose but I doubt I would go back.

Good location, close to Stanford Medical center and has Walgreens across the street. Short drive to food options. Clean rooms. The bed was GREAT ! Breakfast was standard fare. I’d stay here again.
