Friendly staff, easy parking. Higher quality bedding than I was expecting for this price point. Clean and well maintained.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was quiet, and I slept well throughout the night. However, some of the facilities need to be upgraded, such as windows, power outlets, and bedding. We also didn't feel comfortable that there was a smoking area next to our room, especially with a 10-year-old boy. Overall, I think this facility is great for a single business trip or a group without kids.

Staff was friendly but hotel is old and dated. Rooms reflect that as well. Fixtures in bathrooms were loose and didn't work great.

The hotel staff is excellent and tried hard to meet our needs. We needed a downstairs unit and they were happy to find one for us. We were only there for one night as we had to be at the hospital early the next morning so we didn’t eat breakfast the next day. The motel is old but our unit was clean, had a refrigerator and a microwave and was reasonable.

Just used them for one night. My room was clean, quiet, and staff was friendly.

Very nice staff it was close to Stanford Medical Center however the room had been upgraded and did not have hooks to hang your towels and some of the light fixtures did not work. The room was clean.

The pool was totally empty! The breakfast was nothing much. Room was clean and Beds were comfortable, but the noise from the fan on the heater/ac was keeping us awake all night long every time it came on it was super noisy.

Good place to stay. Not the Hilton but nice and comfortable

Very close to Stanford Hospital, good for staying if you’re from out of the area. Fair rates and kind staff

Room was clean but small. Bedding was smelly unpleasantly. Breakfast was very simple.

Price was very competitive for the area and the location was close by where we needed to be. Older buildings and on a main busy road.

Location Nothing

The staff was terrific. Very helpful and very kind. My only concern is the stairs to the room. I have trouble with stairs. The staff carried my bags both up and down for me. Getting up the stairs was a challenge. Good restaurants around , clean, not sure I can stay there without having to a ground floor room.

Exceptional

Very good price for the area. Front desk staff friendly. Yes, some things (like outdoor carpeting) are showing their age, but everything is clean. Simple breakfast available in the office, and pleasant seating outside.
