Lovely room, staff were amazing, and the location is perfect. I was surprised by the “influencer vibe” even in the heat of the summer. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway…this is probably not the place…but it was lovely nonetheless!

The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in. We came here for a girls trip and everything was perfect. Having the complimentary house car so helpful. Would recommend to anybody and will be returning!!

Rooms are small, but so beautiful! Great bed linens! Lovely amenities and love the services they provide… ie: drop off and pick up car service on the island, turndown service with macaroons on your pillow. Such lovely touches!

I contacted the hotel once our room was booked and the customer service started immediately. My husband and I went home for my birthday and the level of attention was incredible. Check in was flawless. We arrived very early and they stored our bags. There was a handwritten note with a pastry under glass on our arrival. Staff went out of their way to make our 50th birthday flawless. We cannot thank them enough and plan our next visit.

The pool area is a place to be seen. They have fun games of bingo or trivia during the beginning of the week which are well attended. Besides the above, what stands out the most was the impeccable service. The service is provided by texting and then receiving immediate feedback. Whether you need lunch at the beach or you need a ride to your favorite local restaurant ( which there are many) all that is required was a quick text. I love this place and will return again

This was by far the most outstanding experience we have ever had staying at such a magnificent hotel. The colony Hotel Palm Beach is in a class of its own. It’s pure elegance. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the well trained, courteous and lovely staff. It felt like going back in time to be greeted by name by the servers, acknowledged by the lovely women at the front desk and treated with so much respect and top hospitality by the valets. The evening jazz by the pool was so classy and the ambience is truly magnificent. Our room was pristine. Not a detail was spared to make our stay comfortable by the hotel..

The condition of the room was unacceptable, and I notified management immediately upon my discovery. The hotel claims they had the room inspected for bed bugs, but of course they would say that. I texted pictures to a bed bug inspector, who said the bites did look like bed bug bites. When I arrived home after a five-hour flight, I could not enter my home for fear of infesting it and had to either professionally clean all my clothes or keep them in trash bags outside for several days. It was a huge stress, inconvenience, and additional cost. I reported the issue to the hotel, but they refused to offer any acceptable resolution. They offered a free upgrade for my next stay, which felt insulting under the circumstances. After that, they stopped responding to me altogether. The lack of accountability and follow-up made an already unacceptable experience even worse. Guests should be able to expect a clean, sanitary sleeping area and respectful customer service when serious concerns are raised. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Unfortunately, our experience was heavily impacted by a group staying in the room next to ours. They were making loud noises, yelling, and slamming things throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. We eventually had to contact the front desk, and the situation escalated to the point where the police were called to escort them out. We understand that this was not the hotel's fault, and we do want to recognize Jose, the manager, who reached out to us and did his best to assist after the incident. His professionalism and concern were appreciated. There were also a few other issues that affected our stay. The hotel's website states that checkout is at 12:00 PM; however, our room keys stopped working at 11:00 AM, which was confusing and inconvenient. This should be clarified for guests. Additionally, the room did not have blackout shades, allowing a significant amount of light into the room early in the morning. To make matters worse, our room was located near the dumpster area, and after already getting very little sleep due to the noisy neighbors, we were woken up again around 7:00 AM on Sunday by the garbage truck. Considering the rates charged by the hotel, we expected a much more comfortable and restful experience.

Beautiful stay at the colony!! Everything was right there!! The restaurant was delicious!! The crowd definitely comes in for the weekend- enjoyed the beach

No notice of beach being closed. No notice of pool closing 3pm due to an event when we checked in which resulted in disappointment since we came for our wedding celebration
