Only few options for a breakfast

This hotel apparently is a renovated Red Roof, and kind of feels like it. It definitely doesn’t live up to the Hilton name. It was clean enough but the air conditioner was loud, and the breakfast was basic cereal and bagels. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest either. Just ok overall.

Stayed here previous to a flight out from Chicago! It was an excellent experience. Friendly staff, wholesome environment.

The room and common areas appeared poorly maintained and unclean. There were damaged ceiling tiles, gaps in the drop ceiling, rust around fixtures, chipped surfaces, stained flooring, and visible wear throughout the property. The bathroom also showed signs of neglect and needed attention. The biggest issue was the smell. As soon as I got into the room, there was a strong musty odor that smelled like mold or mildew. It lingered all night and became so overwhelming that I woke up feeling nauseated. I ended up leaving as soon as I got up because the smell was making me want to vomit. For the price, I expected a clean and well-maintained hotel. Unfortunately, the condition of the property and the odor made for a very uncomfortable stay. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Clean room, friendly staff.

Positive: Clean and painted well, Room freshner. Negative Brk fst is very limited and dont even check if the cofee is still there or not, just Begals mufins curd Serials. No bread or waffles which is disaapointment. No Lobby just few tables for brk fst.

Staff couldn’t spare an extra pillow. Breakfast was cold cereal and muffins. Tough area of town. Would not recommend.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. My only issue was the elevator gave me anxiety. It’s an older building and it makes a clicking noise. Besides that, it was fine. Newly refreshed. I would definitely stay again if I weren’t moving out the state.

It was not too bad but less than I expected.

Wonderful surprise, great breakfast, very clean and comfortable bed and furniture.

The hotel was clean however, for being a smoke free place I smelled the smoke as soon as I walked into my room. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything from the elevator ding to people walking in the hallway. But good location and affordable.

Nothing in the rm., cups, ice bucket etc. The only thing is tissue, that's nice to have. Someone set off the fire alarm at 2am. We all had to get up & the firefighters had to check the building!

Won’t say there again

The breakfast buffet lacked coffee, had to ask and it was delivered. There was an unsupervised, sneezing child in the buffet area, witnessed the child sneezing into the bagel container. The buffet needs a drain to dump out beverages. The room was functional at best, lacked normal amenities like drawers and perhaps a microwave. Some smell in the pillows

Good and clean hotel. Solid stay.

Our room was essentially clean. A dirty hand towel had been left (it was stained, maybe makeup?) crumpled up next to the sink. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirt was left behind by the mop. But very sticky and i used the bathtowels to cover the floor. Upon check-in I was informed they were adding a $100 charge for room condition. That was to be refunded after check out. Bathroom light was very bright and could not be turned off. We closed the door for overnight. Only one washcloth was in the bathroom, and we didn't discover that til the morning we left - we were only there one night. Buyer should know this before they book it.

This hotel was recently renovated. Everything is new. Cozy hotel. Staff are very friendly.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very suitable. Breakfast was good. The room was extremely comfortable and fun.
