Onsen on top floor with an outdoor pool option! Quiet area away from busy street. 15 min walk to shopping area, 8 min walk to restaurant area, close to large park. Small lobby.

Onsen Sauna was really good. I would like some more english translations in there as I could view some foreigners not faimiliar with perhaps the Sauna mat or the cold bath. Also to uphold clealiness it would be great for all.

Location is one subway stop on Tanimachi Line (from Higashi Umeda) which can easily be walked, but strenuous to push wheeled luggage. Umeda City Life is reasonably close. The best approach to the hotel from Nakazakicho Station is to exit at the start of shopping street (near 7-11), walk along it about 100 metres then turn right, walking under the Osaka Loopline track.

Lcoation was a bit secluded but close enough to restaurants and convience store. Staff very helpful and always there. Very clean spaces and nice ambience. Dryers in laundry room were inefficient and took multiple hours. Bathroom entrance slightly elevated causing a few stumbles. Staff accepted some garbage in the lobby but I would've liked a way to clear out the waste bin in the room.

The Onsen Facility and its location. The bathroom that is combined with toilet is ridiculously small. It’s so tiny that it made impossible for us tall people to close the door whenever we do our business in the toilet.
