Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando

Great location, friendly staff .Clean and food was amazing .

I waited in line for over 45 minutes for Check-in. There were only 2 people working the desk. While I could see multiple staff members including managers in the back office. Once I received my room keys and went to my room I found hair and soap scum in the bath tub. I call the front desk and get rooms changed. Then the new room seemed Damp. We found bugs in the second room. This was a disappointment to say the least. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Unfortunately,the room was not good. There were bugs in the bed and the wall. I had to end up leaving and staying with a friend. While the pictures are nice it doesn’t equate to the actual room.

Great location for convention center

Good place to stay if you are looking for something clean, inexpensive and close to everything. Rooms were clean and beds/bedding were good. Free parking. Good place to stay if you are looking for a good place to sleep for the right price. If you want tons of amenities, probably don't stay here.

It was a short stay but great for the kids to entertain themselves.

We always enjoy staying here. Reasonable rates, clean rooms and comfy beds. And working air conditioners. My only negative would be the lack of outlets. And nowadays we need alot of plugs for all the phones and devices to charge. I have to bring a power strip. There are outlets in the lamps but when you plug something in its very loose and the cords dont stay in the plug. So maybe replace the lamps??? Other than that we will always stay here. Always very happy with our stay.

The only complaint I have is when your room is facing the highway it is very loud, so peaceful sleep was a bit of an issue. besides that I enjoyed my stay.

15 minutes walk to the convention center and right across from many restaurants. Perfect location.

This hotel claims to be a smoke free environment. I understand that it’s an outside hotel, but there are designated smoking areas when you wake up every morning and find cigarette butts and an ashtray provided by security staff to the people smoking next-door and walk outside the door anytime you leave and it’s cigarette smoke smell that gets in your room and then you call the front desk where you expect the customer service to relay the message to security or to management and let them know they don’t then when you speak to a manager, he doesn’t understand why you didn’t come to the office and speak to him in the first place. Then when you asked the manager, why would I have to do that? When I talk to your staff he says if you expect something to be done, you need to talk to me, Jose didn’t understand what I explained to him that that’s not how customer service works and didn’t understand why I was getting upset and frustrated and asking for a complete refund. The management sucks if you’d like to smoke in your room around somebody else’s room that maybe is not a smoker doesn’t want that and expect a smoke free environment then go to this hotel smoke your brains out Jose will join you maybe Terry his boss will too. I’m not sure. I haven’t spoke with her yet but we’ll find out nobody seems to care about anything about and just talk over you and disregard everything you’re saying so if you wanna feel like crap stay at this hotel, please.

This is my second time booking here just this year and it’s been great. The location is convenient! Ample parking spaces. Very clean and has mini fridge and microwave.

No breakfast bar provided. Room was okay in cleanliness, definitely could’ve been cleaner in the bathroom. Pool was nice. Front desk was friendly but I didn’t find out about the local coupons and welcome gift until my very last day which was pointless. I would probably not stay here again unless I didn’t have a better option. There was an extremely loud bird right outside our window from 10p-5a which was no one’s fault but definitely not great. Also, room service knocked and would not stop knocking around 10pm my first night and it turns out that a different room had called for their help, so they woke me up and it wasn’t even something I requested.

Rooms are pretty basic and hotel seems set up to overcharge for everything, but it was a good stopover place for 1 night. Location is excellent
