My husband, son and I stayed for one night as a Fathers Day present. It was fantastic! Check in was easy and fast. There was a photo op for dad in the lobby, so we had a great family pic. Dinner was great at Primo and the breakfast buffet at Citron was delicious. My only complaint was that it was hard to find chairs by the pool, so many people throw towels on them early in the morning to reserve them but don’t use them until the afternoon.

We have high standards and are usually underwhelmed by our hotel but we LOVED staying here. Everything was absolutely perfect!! Food choices were amazing. Pool went on forever! Everything was super clean!! The breakfast buffet was a little pricey but very impressive. Every service member encounter was very pleasant. There was one creepy guest talking to some young girls he didn’t know in the hot tub but thankfully they caught on to the weird vibes and left. The pool/waterslide/hot tub/lounge chair area is so massive with so much greenery, don’t forget to watch your kids! Poolside service was exceptional, we will def be going to more jw marriotts

Overall this hotel was lovely.

The rooms and staff were exceptional. Really enjoyed staying at this hotel ! And they also had the FIFA World Cup games showing. Devonte and Humberto were awesome !

This moment time was amazing. It was a surprised Father’s Day getaway for my husband. Incredible time. He loved it and myself as well. Thank you for the incredible customer service from the beginning to the end. Including housekeeping. They were the best!

Lovely hotel , visited a four times now, but get the feeling that is becoming more a hotel for families than couples wanting a break !

Absolutely love the pool and amenities. Such a family friendly atmosphere as well. Always have a wonderful time here!

The entire hotel was super clean and nice. Staff super friendly. Many choices for breakfast, the bufe was my favorite. Bar super nice. I love the pool too. I definitely recommend the Hotel.

Stayed here many times over the past 20 years and the property and staff never disappoint. It’s not cheap but it’s worth it. Relaxed in the lazy river and enjoyed lunch at the Knife bar/restaurant. This was a very nice pre-cruise adventure.

Clean room. Food ok but not excellent.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. Excellent for young kids as they have multiple water slides and an aqua course. The pool and lazy river are great but get very crowded. The prices for drinks were a bit high in my opinion but the food was great
