I would give the property 5 stars but have them 4 only because the rooms do not have in-room safes. Otherwise the property is pristine, centrally located, good breakfast options, friendly staff. Above board all the way except they should add safes to each room.

I was disappointed to be charged for parking during my stay. This hotel is not located in a downtown area or in a particularly exclusive neighborhood where paid parking would be expected. Given that it is a conventional hotel comparable to others in the same category, I do not think it is reasonable to charge guests an additional fee for parking. Complimentary parking would be more in line with the amenities typically offered by similar hotels.

Great hotel! Clean and fresh

The hotel location was convenient, near parks, shopping mall, pharmacy, restaurants and other places. The breakfast was complete, although I would have liked an expresso machine (better coffee). The beds and the suite’s space were very comfortable.

Clean room and soft bed.

Breakfast was very good with a good variety of options and nutritional value. Loved being able to make waffles and had topping choices to make them over the top!! The bed was not terrible but the mattress was not as comfortable as I have had before. The pillows need a little more fluff too. The main thing, they were clean!!!

This was my first time at a Home2suites by Hilton and this is my ‘go to’ from now on! Highly recommend this hotel to whoever wants an enjoyable and memorable stay outside of their home🙂

Pleasant

Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable pillows. Nice fridge. Amenities were in very good condition.

A great option in the Lake Nona area.

All of the staff were wonderful and provided excellent service.

Such great service from the entire staff and manager.

Place was extremely clean and staff was great. Only down fall was had a rental car and had to pay to park even though I was staying in a room I paid for. Seems like if you’re a paying person staying parking should be free.

Some of the breakfast items were not at the proper temperature.
