Drury Inn & Suites near Universal Orlando Resort

Staff is very friendly, breakfast/evening kickback food was great, cleaning staff replied to my daughter's hand written thank you note, the hot tub/pool was clean with fresh towels, easy to use self-self laundry rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay.

This was our first time staying at a Drury (will not be our last) I was very impressed with the amenities and how clean and well maintained the property was. I was also very impressed with every staff member we encountered. The proximity to universal and other I drive attractions is also a plus. The breakfast was above average for a free buffet but the managers reception was really above what I expected. Free parking is what made me choose the Drury, but from here on out when we visit Universal we will be staying here. Great job to your team!! Not 1 bad experience

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options and was a great way to start the day. The outdoor pool was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, the hotel provided excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The kickback is an awesome way to be greeted after the long drive to get there. After checking in we went straight down to the dining area to enjoy pulled pork sliders, baked beans, baked potatoes, salad, hot dogs, nachos, and chili!! The have soda machines, it's like your eating dinner at a buffet, but it's included in your stay!!!!! The breakfast is equally filling and satisfying - actual breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, toast, cereal, coffee, juice, soda, breakfast potatoes. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is super friendly - we've stayed her well over a dozen times now, and not once have we had any issues.

My entire family love how friendly, accomodating and hospitable are everybody, Ms. Sasha at front desk is very helpful and smiling what a beautiful people. Then Yasnai, Ms. Vickey and Tara from restaurant they are so accomodating and the staff at the bar forgot their names they're awesome they even gave my son cherries when he went and asked for it after we got our free drinks. All i can say We will definitely coming back to this happy place. Theres nothing i didn't like. Everything is awesome.
