Coco Key Hotel & Water Park Resort

We absolutely loved our stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel was very family-friendly, and our daughter had an amazing time enjoying the pool and all the activities. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we made wonderful memories together. We honestly didn’t have anything to complain about. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Excellent staff

The room was adequate, staff helpful, a lot of things to do on site. However, the hotel does need to be upgraded. Newer mattresses( they were not the best) and more contemporary furniture.

Me gusto mucho que tuviera piscinas y parque de agua dentro del mismo hotel,para poder disfrutar con los niños dentro del mismo hotel sin necesidad de salir.

Great place for family fun

Nice place to get away and enjoy with the family. The water park was great and everything is at a walking distance. Although there is the availibility to travel to near Entertainment Parks if the finances are not sufficient, only the stay at the resort will suffice your vacation plans. Be sure to check into the resort fees before you book your stay so that it would be within your budget. We did not take notice of the fees and parking cost, which I think should be included with your stay and found them to be excesive. However, as far as the facilities and resort, there are no complaints.

Room 3108, We stayed in the room with 2 beds, the bathroom door was jammed. It didn’t close properly, we did see one small roach crawling in the bathroom. $6 water… that’s insane…the only good part was the pool and water park for the kids..

First time here bringing the girlfriend for her birthday and we had an absolute blast. The water slides are bunch of fun, the arcade is full of fun games and having mini golf was the cherry on top! We will definitely be back

Very dirty place

Great stay. Breakfast was good but the food at the restaurant was not unfortunately. My kids enjoyed the pool etc . Great location if you don’t have a car everything walking distant.

Every thing was great

The property could use better upgrades and some TLC, theres a lot of noticeable wear and tear at the water park and locker rooms. My room had a very strong smell either mold or mildew from the AC. The room and property is clean and staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is great and the arcade is fun for the kids.
