Breakfast from 7-9a is a little limiting. Very friendly staff tho. Well done.

Hair dryer was not working properly. Easy and free onsite parking is a good plus! Breakfast was decent and well managed. The BW location is a recommended option with reasonable price 👍

Great Hotel!

The location is great, close by stores and places to eat. Complimentary breakfast was decent. All the staff were very nice. The room was clean, however, the walls and curtains could have been a little more cleaner. There were some areas that needed a nice cleaner wipe down.

We checked in the evening on Tuesday and the woman who helped us was very nice. I would say the pictures of the rooms were a little deceiving because they made the rooms look very modern and in a way they were, but the laminate flooring in our room was cracked and the bathroom had mildew stains. Beds were okay but the small pillows weren't very comfortable. We actually got a room that had 3 beds, 1 of the beds being in a separate room which was nice but that room also didn't have air conditioning...only a portable fan that I had to leave on all night and day to kind of keep it cool. The location was convenient and there are several walkable restaurants in the area, including downtown Chapman which was really nice. Would I stay here again? Maybe if I was in the area again and since the place was relatively inexpensive.

Greeted by professional and courteous staff. Housekeeping were extremely helpful, kudos out to them! Parking was safe, experience no issues whatsoever. Within 5-8minutes to Angel Stadium, Amtrk station and many dining options. Breakfast appeared to be sufficient with different type of items to choose. Definitely return.

If you are planning to use the sofa bed, don't bother—the mattress consists of nothing but springs and is painful to sleep on. They won't replace it, and it is simply horrible. The regular beds aren't quite as bad, but the mattresses are extremely soft; if you roll toward the edge, you'll end up on the floor.

Location was perfect for all our obligations we had for the weekend. The manager was the best. Very accommodating. Because of our Genius Level, we were able to check in early which really helped us. There was a disaster in the area. The toxic chemical threat in Garden Grove was 11 miles away yet there was no warning nor information from the hotel. We couldn’t sleep our first night knowing we might need to evacuate at any moment. We never unpacked and we made our own evacuation route if needed. Thankfully the tank did not leak nor explode before we left but it’s still not been resolved. We feel so bad for all the people that live in that area.

Great clean room that smelled terrible (like a subway, someone said) when we returned to it. Avoided turning on the AC/fan after that since it had been running. Convenient spot-

My mom my wife is pregnant we were there there was no aloe vera for her to take it was so tough for her to take the stairs all day to the top.
