This is a terrible hotel. They should have paid me to stay here. The first night the AC didn't work. Move to another room and the TV, refrigerator, kitchen light and some outlets didn't work. Informed the staff which nothing was done. I tried reaching out to the manager. I left two messages for them to call regarding my issues. They never called, so they don't care. Which is sad, but not unexpecting. I will never go back and I advise others not to stay here. Location

This facility was filthy. The fridge in unit was frozen, leaking, and the door was broken it wouldnt close..the entire unit smelled of cigarette smoke, there were bugs in the tub, and pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor. I immediately requested a refund

Clean Night clerk was unprofessional! She couldn't even make me a room key.

The location was close to stores and restaurants. Breakfast wasn't bad, bed comfortable, water af so be careful with kids turning on water alone. My first experience wasn't bad, but this one the room could have been cleaned better visible stains on da walls. Cracked wine glass left in the cabinet. Saw a small roach on the wall in the bathroom. And the outside grounds were dirty with cigarettes butts, dog poop, beer cans, and fast food trash.

We booked 3 rooms, 1 was not ready at 430p, even though check-in was at 3p. the 2 available rooms 1 the ac was not working, in the other the sheets were dirty. The pool was out of order. We ended up having to stay at a different hotel.

Nothing at all. First off, the outdoor pool was closed supposedly due to an upcoming inspection. That should have been my first clue as to what was to come. Our room was broken into before we arrived! We noticed that the door had been kicked in once we arrived to our room. When we alerted the property staff that the room had been broken into, they said “oh you just don’t know how to shut the door”. Then they just offered us a discount or another room to stay in. This was supposed to be a nice little getaway for my family. Such a nightmare! I hope to receive my full refund!

Pool was not available for our stay. TV didn’t work either desk was informed but couldn’t fix it. Went to breakfast at 8:15 and it was mostly empty and would not be refilled.

Everything No body soap in the bathroom dispenser.

There were cochroches in the 1st room with a broken toilet, we were moved to a 2nd room which was over 100 F hot and then we were given a 3rd room which was just dirty.

All of it we told them we would be checking in late. The fog on Highway was bad, and when we made it, they wouldn't let us check in

The room opens to the outdoors. Upon arrival the door was ajar. We were terrified and would not enter. We were assured we would be fully reimbursed. Did not wish to stay there. Felt unsafe.

The hotel ended the stay 5 days early. I was told I would receive a refund. I’m still waiting on the money.

NOTHING EVERYTHING! I didn’t even get to stay. I checked into the hotel and the first room they gave me was beyond dirty looked like there was a big party in there. The second room they gave me because the first one didn’t work smelled like cigarette smoke so bad you couldn’t breathe then the third room they gave me because the first two was so bad had roaches after seeing that there was no way I would ever stay there. I requested a full refund (which I still have not received) and I left. It was the day before thanksgiving this was the worst time for that to happen especially being from out of town. The staff were nice and very understanding but that hotel is bad and I hope that it gets cleaned and gutted because it has potential.
