Hotel Deco Omaha, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The place was nicely decorated, but the hvac system clearly was very old & kept me up all night. Was there for a night no amenities used.

Hotels.com never forwarded reservation. Overbooked hotel had no rooms for us.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building. Such a fun and unique experience to stay here!

Dana was especially helpful after the stress of navigating construction happening all over the downtown area. She talked us in when our GPS led us in circles and personally saw to coffee from the bar when the in room coffee machine failed to deliver. The valet parking was a godsend. Food, drink and general ambience of the property are great, if you can get there!

Perfect walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping in the Old Market. Perfect spot to stay!

What I didn't like: The hotel needs an upgrade. Seats in the lobby would be nice. The bathroom needs to be gutted. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the shower, and the grout and floor were dirty. There was also no electrical outlet in the bathroom. The Monarch Restaurant seemed dreary, and the one morning we tried to have breakfast there, we were left waiting for a long time. We wound up leaving and finding a better alternative. Overall, this property needs major upgrades. But it is situated well.

The room was great, staff was amazing!

No parking lot, had to use valet. Won’t be staying again and especially for the amount of money we paid for room, and understand it was at the time of the College World Series.

Very pleased with our room and experience at Hotel Deco! Comfortable bed and pillows, and a clean, well maintained room and bathroom. Linens and pillows were top notch too. Great location near Old Market area. Cold AC and hot showers too! No complaints.

Front desk staff could be a tad friendlier. All of my questions were answered, and check out was efficient. But no one ever smiled. And the restaurant is not handicapped accessible.

the location across from the Orpheum Theater and near the old market was wonderful. their restaurant the Monarch was reasonable and delicious. Their valet parking was friendly and very secure, I will chose the Deco over every other downtown Omaha hotels every time.

The hotel is nice and the room was spacious, but the area around the hotel has lots of construction going on. They have valet parking, but street parking is also available.

Parking was tricky but the front desk was very helpful and there is some minor construction that made it a bit difficult to know if you can actually park in front of the building. Despite that everything was great.
