The room was very nice. The Starbucks party for breakfast was not a very good option. The ice machine on the BR level was broken, which is the only one you can use before 8am.

Clean room and hotel. Check in was easy but the staff member was less than friendly when asking for ID and credit card.

The staff was super friendly. The only complaint that I have is that our room faced a very noisy street.

Starbucks was understaffed. The person that checked us in said breakfest was included, but when we went and checked out it was not.

Night clerk was very pleasant and helpful.

We were disappointed when we arrived. We came from another Courtyard by Marriott in Rapid city which was better. We expected the cafe to be open in the evening but we were told that they didn’t have it open on the weekends. There was more wear and tear and we found drippage in front of our toilet like it had been used. We used Lysol wipes to clean up floor and toilet. Also you pay $20+ to park for the night. We were only staying one night so we made do.

Nice place. However, if you get a room on the second floor plan on hearing highway traffic 24/7 and bright lights passing through all night. It is very hard to sleep. Also, the standard hotel pillows are terrible and flat. Lastly, they no longer have a shuttle to the airport. They discontinued it our first day there.
