Baymont by Wyndham Omaha SW

Mostly clean room, staff was super nice. Good price for the stay.

The room was fine though the shower wasn’t great. Breakfast was horrible. Lousy coffee. How about individual milk cartons instead of a hundred people using the same gallon jug.

Check in was easy. Our room looked nice at first. The alarm clock had outlets on it but it wasn't working. I needed an outlet for my cpap. I moved the night stand and put the plug in the other outlet .it worked but there was a full bottle of water and garbage in the floor. The carpet was filthy. The tile floor had a prescription pill on it. There was a pen on the carpet. The refrigerator worked but the small freezer portion was a block of ice. I needed to go to the front desk for a box of tissues. Breakfast was below average. The worst thing was that the toilet didn't flush. We had stayed there 5 days prior. We lost a cell phone in the lobby area. No one could find it. As we were checking out I noticed the phone under a chair in the sitting area. The carpet in that area must not ever get vacuumed. I told the desk person about the issues and all I got was a thank you for bringing the issues to their attention. This is an old Econolodge. They don't deserve be a Baymont Suites. I do not recommend this hotel.

There was no soap by the sink, no place to get water, and there were stains on the upholstery. This stay was definitely not worth what we paid for it.

Breakfast is continental, parking is a little tight

Apparently, the breakfast area has no kitchen facilities to heat up some scrambled eggs but there were hard boiled eggs and equipment to make oneself hot pancakes. Overall, I would still say it is a good value for the money.

The hotel needed updating but was OK for a hotel with a 7.0 rating. It was very convenient for us as far as its location to our work address A/C unit made a lot of noise when the compressor kicked on so it was a bit tough to sleep. Parking was great…no elevator

Bathroom wasn't clean unknown stains. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Pool wasn't available. Room wasn't exactly given based on photos (No couch on 3 queen bed room).

Checked in room was filthy, stained sofa. Holes in the walls and bathroom sink counter was cracked. T.V.s were outdated.

I wish coffee would be better.

The room was filthy, the bathroom ceiling had mold all over it, the floor around the toilet was completely soft and there was a broken chair in the room

Everything was great. The bed was big. But it was soft. And you sink into it. The pillows are fluffy and comfy. I couldn't sleep. Tossed and turn all night. It is a great place to stay I promise. Ive had a back injury when I was a kid and stiff beds are best for me. This one was terric but my back couldn't find the right spot to sleep on.

Breakfast was limited but ok. Property allowed pets but when I made reservation there was no mention of a fee. Door lock/handle was in poor condition, property is old needs repairs and updating. Ice machine out of order. Wife not impressed. Don't recommend except as last resort.

Great room, friendly staff

Nothing was dirty looked run down so we changed our minds and went straight home instead of spending our money to stay here. Called to cancel got no answer and was still charged for the room that we did not stay in.
