The staff were very unprofessional for both shifts. Dress was not appropriate for the position. I requested for clean towels and my room to be straightened while we were away in meetings and the staff said okay. I came back that evening after 5 and nothing had been done. When I checked out the next morning (two-night stay) and asked why my room wasn't cleaned and toiletries replaced, she stated they only did that for four or more nights. There was only one wash cloth and two towels, and I was expected to use those for my stay. I will look at another facility next time I am in the area for work. We will be in the area for work several times over the next year. Front desks help really needs to be trained. I do not like being called "hun" and I walked out with a co-worker and one of the front desk ladies stated she "needed a drink and it's only 4 o'clock." I just looked at her and kept walking.

There were loud noises from above floor in the middle of the night as children and pets were running around the room.

Great location for our needs, very friendly (and funny!) front desk staff on arrival with a goody bag. Clean, comfortable, easy parking right outside the door near our room. Would recommend.

This was the best hotel I have stayed at in the last few months when taking short road trips. Everyone was super nice and helpful absolutely amazing place Can’t say enough good thing about this

The room still had a doggy smell. The pits needed to be cleaned. Cups and glasses had lipstick. But Renay or Renee at the front desk was superb.

Nice property with well-equipped kitchen in the room. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was good and had nice variety of items to choose from.

It was close to the family member I was visiting. I liked the fitness center, pool, and daily breakfast.
