Days Inn by Wyndham Oak Ridge Knoxville

Dirty, broken vanity doors hanging off, paint peeling everywhere, no security lock on the door. Totally unacceptable. Not at all as pictured.

No stay over service and i was charged twice for my stay.

We did not have any housekeeping during our stay. As well, they advertise breakfast, but they suspended that service over a month ago.

Filthy

The room was terribly outdated . Needed deep cleaning , remodeling and PAINTING. You could see outside under the door . I placed a towel across the bottom of the door to keep the critters out . This was probably the worst accommodations I’ve experienced . I have stayed all over the world . No complaints about the employees . They were friendly . We were very disappointed with the hotel . Will not be back .

Don't advertise what you can't deliver.

Place should be condemned

Gap under and around door, easy to break in. Bathroom sink cracked. Surfaces sticky.

Motel seems very old & in need of updating. Outside not well lit

I rented this room for two nights and I stayed one night. The lock was busted off the door. One of the beds had urine stains on it and was not clean. I will not stay here again!

Room had a horrible smell and needed some deep cleaning. You could see in the windows of some other units and it looked like they were maybe working on them. The light switches were half hanging on the wall, our curtains were barely being held up by one screw on each end of the rod.

It was in horrible condition. The toilet was filthy and disgusting. They had not swept the bathroom floor. There was mold all over in the shower. I did not even dare use it. The TV did not work. There were holes all over in the walls. The AC barely worked. I will never stay there again. I highly recommend paying a little bit more and going somewhere else

The front desk employee was very kind and helpful The hotel is advertised with a picture of a pool that doesn’t exist on that facility. The hotel is in dire need of renovation.

The property is in disrepair. The room had a terrible odor. No maid service if you only stay 2 days. If Days Inn Corporation knew what this property looked like I believe they would have thier name removed from it.

The beds were comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk, David he was great. I booked a smoking room over a month in advance. I get there and they tell me oh sorry we don’t have any. They’ve all been rented out.. No gentleman at the front desk couldn’t tell us if there was an ice machine or vending machines anywhere I understand he was new. The remote in the room didn’t work. I called down to the front desk. He couldn’t help,he’s not been shown anything.

The staff is polite and helpful. The rooms are dated but are spacious and clean. A comfortable place to stay on a budget.

I stayed here for two nights. It was too noisy, and I couldn't sleep well. On the first day, in the afternoon and evening, someone was having a barbecue on a pickup next to the door and playing loud music. The second day, it was similar. The pictures here do not represent the place. There is no pool, and it is an entirely different place. It was written that breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast. If all Wyndham hotels were like that, I would never stay in any place of this company. After two nights I moved to DoubleTree just across the road. It is slightly expensive but at least, clean, silent and more comfortable.

A little outdated but fairly clean. Front desk very friendly which helps. Location is what made it feel a little unsafe. Overall not a bad experience. Value for the price made up for what it lacked.
