The Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was very clean…and parking was close and convenient…will definitely stay there again on a return trip

Nice area, close to many stores, restaurants & shops. Parking was free in the parking garage with a voided ticket.

Our room was perfect! The temperature and the mattress ensured a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The coffee was just right as well

This hotel is excellent!!! Spotless and new…extremely easy check in and staff was very pleasant and friendly. I was worried about the parking, but it was very easy to park in the ramp and get to the hotel. Breakfast was great! The only thing I would change is put coffee makers in the room. They do offer in the lobby.

I booked through a 3rd party and when I arrived my room had been canceled. The 3rd party was supposed to contact me reqarding a question on my reservation and when they told the hotel they couldn't reach me, they canceled my room. Hotel staff tried to work something out but they had already given my room away to a hotel member.

Nice Lounge area to relax

ONLY downside were vagrants sitting in chairs on sidewalk outside of hotel. Made us uncomfortable coming and going. Already reported to desk who acknowledged there were other customers who had voiced similar concern.

Difficult to find and parking is fine, once you check in and given directions. I do to have a coffee maker in the room and this was not the case. No cups for water either. Location is fine as I toured Frank Lloyd Wright historic area.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had such a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and their kindness truly stood out during our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what made the biggest difference was how genuinely caring the team was. It’s rare to find customer service that feels so personal and sincere anymore. We are very thankful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again!

The room was clean and comfy, easy access, just need, to be aware of location of parking lot and entrance is a bit hidden. Easy access to restaurants, & shopping.

Upon arrival there was no room for my workers and we had to book somewhere else No room upon arrival

The staff was exceptional. They were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Roberto assisted me & he was so kind, prompt, and efficient. The rooms were well cleaned, no complaints.

They cancelled on us once we tried to check in. They said they tried to reach us but I did not receive any messages from them. We had travelled from out of state and had made the reservations long in advance.

Breakfast was great. Roberto the manager was outstanding. I had booked on line and made an error for the night we wanted. He fixed everything. We were so impressed that we stayed the next night at another Holiday Inn Express by LaCrosse which was very nice as well. Great people. Well trained.

Eduardo checked us in and was very accommodating and provided exceptional customer service!
