Staff are awesome quite clean room I was leaving early to airport and I left my Key fob spare in my room the staff secured it left at front desk so thanks for protecting my property I will definitely stay at this hotel again...

There were a few areas that could use some attention. The carpet in the bedroom area could benefit from more frequent cleaning, and the electrical outlet next to the bed was loose and barely held a plug in place. I notified the front desk about the outlet issue. Some touch-up painting in the bathroom and kitchenette would also help improve the overall appearance. Having to walk to the back of the property and up a set of steps to reach the room wasn't ideal, but it was manageable. Overall, for the area, the room was fairly priced and offered good value for the cost.

The blankets were not clean.

The frontdesk staff was not very friendly; grumpy and unwelcoming. In the middle of my weeklong stay the service staff mistakenly claimed that I have to check-out now, which was incorrect. Outside my window was construction ongoing, not nice. I had to ask again and again for refills for the small shampoo vials. The hairdryer was broken.

I am not a fancy hotel person and usually quite happy with a budget option. Not true here- I will never stay here again.

Feet got dirty from the older carpet and dirt residue that was worked into it. Lumpy pillows. Even though we had a kitchen, there were no pots, pans, dishes, silverware. Not even a towels if you used the sink

The only positive to this hotel is he was willing to refund me the second night, unfortunately we had to return after 9am to receive the refund. He wouldn't do it the night prior when I asked for a refund because I was leaving.

I was then directed to my room which, once I entered, is when my opinion of the location was solidly formed. The room had peeling and chipped paint everywhere, the bathroom door looked like someone had tried to kick it in at one point, and there was a large daddy-long-legs hanging right in the entryway as a clear sign that even though housekeeping was present, they were doing bare minimum. Even though I didn't stay long, I wouldn't recommend anyone going back. I warned my company not to use this location again for employee travel or hosting clients/vendors.

Would not book here again. Needed a place to stay with a few days notice. Our room had an odd smell and I had to buy an air freshener spray.

It was too late after a long drive to ‘pass’ and find another hotel, so with a hip and shoulder replacement in full play, I dragged a 30-pound suitcase one painful step at a time up to a room that was like a funky sauna - at *least* 90 degrees - requiring that I wrench open every available window, block the room door open with a trash can, throw modesty, privacy, and safety aside, and wait for an hour while an old, loud air conditioner struggled to bring the temperature down. The following morning, I was able to negotiate a recently-unoccupied ground floor room, which while cleaner and with vinyl flooring, was still not fitted out with grab bars in the bathroom. The cleaning staff were helpful in getting my suitcase down from the second floor (I simply couldn't have done it myself). The second office staff person was far more helpful and understanding. Expedia should definitely remove any reference to handicapped accommodations from this listing!

Convenient Very standard model.

Outstanding & peaceful. Beds were extremely comfortable Peeling wall paper. Curtains did not open all the way

The stay was just ok. The price was reasonable being it’s an older motel with no elevator access. So, if one has heavy luggage like I did, be prepared to do lifting and cardio unless staff is kind enough to give you a room with minimal steps to climb. I wasn’t so lucky. The room was clean. Check-in was okay. The room served its purpose for the 1 night.

Room was dirty. Carpet, walls, furniture were gross. Would never stay there again.
