My car was vandalized in their parking lot. No video surveillance!

Great stay. Would go again.

Clean room, free parking

This place was overall fairly decent. It’s very clean. Couple minor things. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close. It was a sliding door and it would keep sliding open. We had to lodge a towel in the door every time to keep it closed. Also, each room doesn’t have a microwave, but they will provide you one on request. A minor inconvenience. I would rate the one in Glenview slightly better. Overall it was a decent stay though.

We got upgraded at check-in which was a pleasant surprise and the lady at the front desk was a huge help when looking for a synthetic pillow for me (allergic to down and all the pillows in the room were down).

Nice property away from the city. Very clean and bed were super comfortable and soft.

Room was fine and breakfast was very good! One elevator going to 9th floor was not working.

Great place!

Excellent buffet breakfast. Easy drive to Northwestern University.

The room was not properly cleaned. The couch and bed were stained, and the bed was not comfortable. The toilet was very low which caused a problem for us since I had a knee replacement. The floors were dirty and we could not walk on them without slippers since the soles of our feet picked up the dirt. The sink was filthy and we had to clean it on arrival. We will not stay at this hotel on our next visit to Northbrook.

Great and quick check in. The property was very quiet. Easy to get in and out to surrounding areas

this place is old and run down, more like a motel 6 than renaissance.

The price isn't worth the stay. Breakfast cost $20 a plate for the buffet. It was the same food you can get at any Holiday Inn, newer Motel 6 or La Quinta. No wi-fi for guests unless you're a club member, you'd have to pay $10 a day or only go to the lobby. Had to ask for a microwave for the room. Where the fridge is at, it opens back backward so you can barely get into it. The drawer that is by the TV had a sharp handle that sticks out and cut my significant other's leg. Overall, just a basic hotel that is overpriced

Your working folks were all polite and competent. Your physical facility is in great need of attention . I have no grudge, no axe to grind and my repeat, undefined stay will not be influenced by your response my comments. Please, someone just listen to a reasonable person. I have some suggestions: 1.Lobby consistently overcrowded due to proximitry of arrival/departure counter and dining, Space is fixed which gives you dilemma but perhaps you could blow out the exterior wall and expand into the existing garden area. 2. You could improve the lighting, especially in the elevator lobbies which are dark and in corners of the sleeping rooms. 3. The arrival circle has built up dirt giving a bad impression of interior cleanliness. It would benefit from power washing. 4. As elders, we found the generic toilet too low. When you rehab, replace them with higher riders 5. Rickety lever that changes water flow from tub to shower has seen their better days. The sink could not hold water. 6 Both the rugs and wall paper lining the hallways are dark which makes you think the decor's purpose is to hide dirt. In short, if you wish to make this place more functional and attractive, give it a serious, brighter refurbishing. The costs should be absorbed without raising the cost for customers who deserve an improved bang for the buck. See above.
