    The hotel was not full for a Thursday, yet he still put us below a room full of jumping kids when we informed him that we had been traveling and were tired. Super basic breakfast. The only good things were the TV, bed, A/C and parking.

    Price wasn’t blown out by FIFA location is convenient. Bed was saggy. Brkfst bland edible. Coffee can’t stand Maxwell house. Could see through bath towels.

    The room smelled so bad like mould and mildew. One of the hotel staff offered to move us to a different room which also smelled like ammonia. I had to call Expedia to get a refund. Luckily, the Fairfield was across the street so I got to stay there instead. save yourself the time.

    Pool & hot tub were rather gross, hot tub lukewarm and pool just seemed grimy. Room smelt when we arrived. Kind of like stale smoke, but once the AC was on it cleared out the smell a little.

    My room had no lights. Bathtub was dirty. Staff was not helpful.

    They walked him to another room, as soon as the night worker walked in to check the room there was pubic hair on the toilet and he flushed it and said (that was something small) So they went down to a third room which was the worst room out of all of them. There was a hair ball in the trash, hair all over the floors, stains of the pillow cases and sheets, trash next to the couch and under the side of the bed. By the time he settled in the 3rd room it was 11:15pm, my client had to be out of the hotel early this morning (7:15am). When he stopped to talk to the front office they offered to 10% refund. My client stayed for 8 hours and paid $70 (after the 10% discount) to sleep in a dirty hotel, dirty room and dirty bed! I was beyond embarrassed I sent him there! The front desk worker Jay was AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond and none of this was his fault and he handled it very well. Thank you Jay.

    Room was very clean and comfortable. I used the indoor pool & spa. Both very nice as well. Smell of cigars on the 3rd floor. Super heavy

    Nothing My room was not serviced. They stated only T Th and Saturday, but didn't state times. I needed to sleep therefore I had DND sign on the door during early am hours (was up at 9am). They stated I missed the timeframe for cleaning etc. Terrible service. If the staff were OFF their cell phones maybe they could have tended to my simple needs. One person wrote down I needed towels, but I never received towels. I had to go to the desk on Saturday evening at 10pm to ask for towels.

    I was really looking forward to using the hot tub, but when I approach the room to look at it, it was foaming over the edges. That happens when it’s not cleaned or people are allowed to get in there dirty.

    The hotel was very basic. I asked for more towels and was told I could not have them because housekeeping would not have enough for the next day.

    Towels where stained, a used bar of soap was left in the shower, the light didn’t work in the foyer of the room, the sheets where also stained.

    Everything was good, breakfast was cereal and a muffin, a peice of toast.

    All but no smoking rooms. I never could figure out the remote control for TV. But that's my learning curve.
