Hilton Garden Inn Akron Canton Airport

The room was clean and nice. However in the breakfast area - the carpet was already quite stained and this is a newer hotel. Kind of gross. The front desk person was rude I felt. I went to check out and I was getting late for an appointment. The person was on the phone was laser focused on the call and did not ever look at me. Several minutes go by and still didnt acknowledge me or look at me. Finally I said " I have to go and pointed to the room key I layed on the desk. Her eyes flicked up for a millisecond then back away again. I mean put the person on a brief hold to talk to me - acknowledge me. They are on the phone and I am there. I felt like she would have been on that call for a half hour and me standing there like a doofus . It's disrespectful.

Hotel is beautiful and excellent location. Upon checking in a letter was given stating water was going to be shut off the following morning from 10-2. Staff was professional and tried their best to accommodate.

EVERYTHING! From the check in lady, missed her name, the bartender Linda, the cook Frank, the head maintenance guy Dave, check out lady missed her name, and the shuttle man and everything in between, we couldn't ask for a more better experience! Rooms were super clean! Highly recommend! Nothing!

Breakfast was expensive and not worth the price of $13.00. Front desk folks were very helpful.

Great location

24 hr airport shuttle- we had a really late flight and the shuttle was prompt, the staff friendly, and the room spacious, comfortable, and clean. We also had a late flight out and the staff held our luggage, shuttled us to a shopping area with a movie theater to spend our spare time, came back to pick us up, gave us cookies, and dropped us back to the airport. I would give more than 5 stars if possible! Thanks so much!

Right next to the airport! Rooms are nice & clean, staff are friendly and helpful, & they serve food & drink. There is a shuttle to the airport & great parking rates while you're away.
