Palm Tree Club Miami Hotel

They didn’t have the room type I paid for, ended up giving me a regular view, and skipped resort fee, would rather have paid that and had room I reserved, saw cockroach inside bathroom too

Honestly this was a horrible stay. Okay so first I get there I can’t check in till 5 even though my check in time at 4 than he gone say I’m on the 5th floor and it’s no evaluator or I can wait a hour more for a 2nd floor but it’s like I’ve been waiting so I took the 5th okay whatever. So than there was no rags in my room? Like whattt nobody knew English so it was annoying I couldn’t get rags. Than next day come I go to the front desk to get rags he gone say they don’t have any? Like what. Don’t recommend this hotel

The room layout was pleasant, but I was disappointed by the extensive mold infestation. The bathroom ceilings, the sink’s drainage hole, and even the corners of the ceiling were covered in mold. Additionally, there was a significant ant problem. These issues could be attributed to the location and weather conditions. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and promptly addressed these problems during our stay. Overall, the hotel was a pleasant experience, and it’s conveniently located about 20 minutes from South Beach in downtown Miami.

The hotel is not bad, but I would not say is good either. Elevator was broken, we were assigned a 4th floor room. The asked for a security deposit that surprised me at the moment of check in. Restaurant is incredible loud and Ari conditioning too.

Room wasn’t available till 4:30pm. Room was on 4th floor and elevator was broken. Had to climb 4 floors with all our gear. Last visit my husband got stuck in another elevator there. I feel that a lot of these hotels run on fumes. They did give us a later checkout due to room not being ready on check-in. I love the place and the location and price though. Oh and major construction going on all over and right next door. They were letting construction workers park in the hotel lot and told us we might have to park on the other side of hotel if we lost our spaces. A lot of inconveniences. Not sure if we will stay again.

Place is nice and clean with friendly staff, the reason I am giving a bad review is because my one night experience there was nothing but a fail. I paid to have a nice ocean view, when I arrived I was put in a room on the 4th floor and elevator wasn’t working, I had to be downgraded to a view facing the parking lot because I couldn’t do the stairs because I was getting short of breath, no discount offered or anything, then I wanted to enjoy the patio although it was facing the parking lot, I couldn’t open the door for nothing, called the front desk numerous times to ask how to open it ( no answer), I got tired until I went to sleep and checked out early morning😟😫

I got a first floor room. And as soon as I entered the room I smelled a heavy humidity smell. I was in a rush for a meeting and when I arrived at midnight There was no one at the front desk I could ask for a different room so I went and slept like that, now I'm terrible sick with really bad respiratory symptoms and I'm 100%sure it was from spending the night on that room. I'm sorry but it's a real problem. Everything else was ok but the do have to work on fix those because more people will get sick

I strongly recommend people not to use this facility for their vacation. We stay here for 3 nights, they charged us US$17.5 for complimentary water battles without notices.

I really wanted to like my stay there because the front desk staff were very pleasant and tried to be as helpful as possible but this hotel is falling apart at the seams! The elevator was out for the entire 5 days that we stayed at this hotel and there seemed to be no urgency to get it fixed quickly! Our room was on the 4th FLOOR!!! so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs when checked in and again down the stairs when we checked out! We also didn't use the pool much or participate in any extra activities because of the elevator issue! Who wants to keep walking up and down 4 flights of stairs in 95 degree weather???? One of the ice machines on our side was also out of order for our entire stay so there were lines formed on the one ice machine that worked! Our key cards to the room kept malfunctioning after just one swipe so AGAIN we had to keep walking up and down 4 flights to the lobby! All of these extra inconveniences took away from our much needed vacation and it just seemed liked an overall hassle to stay at this hotel. We won't ever be returning to this place and will instead book with the Marriot or the Hilton because we need ELEVATORS in order to properly enjoy our vacation! I only gave it 2 stars and not 1 because of the gentlemen that worked the front desk were very good but whoever the "facilities manager" is needs to get these things fixed ASAP!

We had an ok stayed in this hotel, room was fine, but property not too good, plus we paid extra for breakfast and were we came the host said that they don't offer breakfast

Great stay, I enjoyed my room balcony and pool area. the restaurant next door was a nice view and the music was awesome.

5th floor room no elevator. The female staff members were super helpful and attentive. The male staff members were slow, unaware and not helpful. Giant party on Saturday night at the bar/restaurant which excluded hotel guests and was loud and noisy til 3am. Pool was nice, view of the water was nice.
