Very nice property

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a slow sink drain and they took care of it right away. Breakfast was great

The ladies who checked us in were wonderful We said we would definitely stay here again

In the handicap bathroom the tub was slippery needed a rubber tub mat every thing else was ok

Pleasant Nothing

It was a nice stay. A simple room with no frills. the beds are full size, not queen.

Location is walking distance to the outlets and there is even a trail you can walk to get you there. The down side to this hotel was they do not have rooms that have not had animals in them. I know it a pet friendly hotel but most hotels still have rooms that have not had animals. I have allergies and I had some difficulty with my allergies in the room.

This was my first time staying at a Tru hotel and I must say it won’t be my last. Everything was outstanding!

Also, my mother stayed in an ADA Accessible room. The shade over the window (to be operated by a chain) was broken so she had to have staff come in to roll it down. This was a burden since she did not want to have to call staff every morning to open or every night to close. On our last morning there we needed to catch the first flight so were up at 4am. There were no coffee cups stocked in the lobby where the "24 hour coffee service" was located. When we asked the staff they said they were the night crew and did not stock items! We will never stay at another TRU Hotel by Hilton again. The one and only good thing about the hotel was the pool table in the lobby.

I have never been to a hotel where EVERY employee was so friendly and helpful. We were so impressed by that! The rooms are very basic but clean and plenty of room. The lobby is great though. They have games, snacks, pool table and a very good breakfast. We had some trouble with our toilet and a maintenance person was there is 5 minutes to fix and was incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend for the people alone!

Hotel was nice and clean. The location was perfect and close to a lot of restaurants. Also very pet friendly and had a trail right beside the parking lot

The room was a bit noisy with a pet in the next room. Alarm clock was on from prior guest and woke us up. Heat/air was loud. Flashing light on the ceiling was in my eyes all night. NO ALLERGY OPTIONS FOR CELIACS (gluten free) even though said allergy options, some didn’t for fill breakfast option with my room, frustrating!
