Room had 1 chair in it, the wifi did not work, there were bugs in the room, the TV hardly worked, my girlfriend drank some tap water and immediately notice a odd taste from the top water.Then shortly after started vomiting became very ill. While asleep, she stood up in the middle of the night and projectile vomited all over my face in the middle of the night, causing me to throw up also. I called the front desk and got cussed out for even suggesting that it may have been their tap water that caused this. Well, let me have to leave. We needed a luggage cart, and they only have one for the whole entire hotel, so I had to wait for it to become available, which in turn made me late to check out, and I didn't get my $25 incidental back because They didn't have enough luggage cards.What type of hotel has one luggage cart!!! Worst hotel stay ever. Girlfriend sick vomets on me then I vomit then late to check out because they have one luggage cart. That's. Crazy I want my money back

An absolutely terrible experience—it was like a refugee camp. I had booked a room for three days, but due to the awful environment and service—including an Indian receptionist whose English was nearly impossible to understand—I decided to cancel on the very first day. The staff member claimed he lacked the authority to process the cancellation and told me to contact customer service. Customer service asked me to wait 72 hours for a response; I waited the full 72 hours without hearing a word, only to be told eventually that a refund wasn't possible. Is this hotel so broke that they have to resort to outright robbery? It’s absolute garbage. If you’re just going to steal money, you might as well do it directly—there’s no need to run a hotel just to scam people.

Location Staff was rude af. Especially the front desk, they ask for your identification multiple time they out the day. They also have bugs and roaches.

Nothing this place has the WORSE Staff ever. Rude, disrespectful and do not want to refund your deposit. Plus this place has roaches. The location.

The room was clean There was a family above me and they where stumping all day and night long. I made a compliant to the front desk and was told it was to late to change rooms. So I ask if he could speak to them to keep quiet at least after 9pm. The next day they where stomping above me again. If you stay there make sure people are quiet above you.

The house keeping staff was nice. The location. The hallways are nasty, the only clean hall is entry hall. The front desk staff are rude af. There are roaches and some type of small bugs in the rooms. The refrigerator didn't stay shut. The 3rd floor smells like smoke and not cigarettes! The washer and dryer did not work. On the website they claim to have coffee, not true.

The price and even though its older style hotel, it was clean. The guest above me had a very loud child. I had to complain to the front desk about the noise.
