Breakfast was absolutely a joke. Coffee, packaged granola bar and muffin. It was too go only. No chairs. It's the only hotel without an ice machine. The hotel needed a good cleaning. Please do NOT stay at this place.

This place was disgusting. The pictures online do not match how this place really is. It looked like nobody vacuumed the hallways or the room in weeks as trash and debris was scattered everywhere. Once in my room, the floors, tile, bathroom, toilet, countertops, kitchen area, refrigerator were all dirty. I wiped everything down with the bathroom towel. Once I finished, the white towel was almost black. There were also ants all over the air conditioning unit in the room. I told my son to always wear his sandals or shoes in the room as the floors were filthy. Many guests there were arguing in the hallways for a long period of time. I called the front desk and they said they would handle it. The fighting continued for an hour. My son and I had to leave the hotel due to the continuous verbal yelling back and forth. would not recommend this place.

The second floor had a terrible odor that was nauseating. The refrigerator had mold on the side strip.

I'm amazed how the outside looks clean and nice but the inside is unbelievable there are bugs in the bathroom, the main keeping of the room is outdated if it was well kept it would be nice. There are one or two front desk workers that are nice but the weed smell is crazy in the hallways, police stay coming here so just be aware of your sourounding

Don’t go to this hotel. We arrived after midnight. Sign says dial one on the phone in the entrance. It was broken. All the hallway rugs were filthy, the halls smelled, the elevator buttons were all broken so you couldn’t read the numbers, the front door wasn’t locked and since no one was ever at the front desk, it was very unsecured, the room had bugs, the shower was filthy. Nothing about the stay was good. We got up in five hours and left, couldn’t take it any more. To be honest I thought Hotels.com vetted the places they offered. I may have to rethink using their services based on this visit.

Bed was horribly uncomfortable. The place smelled like smoke as soon as you enter. The shower was disgusting. Paint was peeling from the walls. The faucet had a non stop drip….I could go on and on, point is just stay anywhere else.

The bathroom and kitchen was very dirty, I complained to the staff they didn't do anything, my husband cleaned it. I took pictures. Never again

The young lady who checked us in and heard our complaints as we left within minutes after seeing our accommodation and the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. She was the best part of the entire property. Whole building smelled of cigarette smoke from the time you entered to the elevator, hallway and room.

The pots and pans had food in them I tried to clean them this was my first time there and them when I checked out, I called the hotel to advised that I left a white bag on the bed can you hold it for me because I was already at work and I advised that I will pick it up after work I work for the New Castle County Government office. When I got off I went back to the hotel to pick up my bag I was advised that they threw it away when they clean it I ask did you tell them if they clean don't get rid of the bag because I called y'all this morning she advised she never told them I was so upset! She didn't even care I advised that I was going to reach out to corporate.

my life. Me and my family stayed for just 1 day and was terrified. What a pathetic hotel this is…very unhealthful, smells like dope through out the hotel and the room was so dirty, kitchen amenities and bathroom was broke and dirty. Linens was never washed..While sleeping we were constantly getting the dope smell from outside and through out the night. Looks like someone was smoking at outside at the lobby…I booked based on the name thinking it is a family hotel but god it was a s**t hole. NEVER EVER THINK OF STAYING IN THIS HOTEL

This has to be the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was not clean. I have photographs which show that the room clearly had not been touched in weeks. When we got to the hotel, we were told our room was ready, clearly it was not. They gave us our first room, and there was still dishes in the sink, food out, sheets and towels everywhere, we went back to the front desk and said that the room had not been cleaned. They gave us another room, this one clearly just had new sheets, but the bathroom had not been cleaned and there was dirt everywhere. I especially like the wad of gum in the corner of the bathtub. There was fecal matter in the toilet and that clearly proved it had not been cleaned. There was hardened toothpaste on the sink. The refrigerator had dirt and grime all through it, and dirt on the floor in front of it. The microwave had what looked like chicken stuck to the size and that clearly had not and touched. The floor had not vacuumed as there were leaves all over my side of the bed and grime everywhere. To say that it was disgusting would be an understatement. We were in town for my son’s college graduation, and I had booked this room far in advance after seeing lovely photographs online. Clearly the photos and what we experienced were not the same. Additionally, there was dust everywhere, a stain on the carpet that I couldn’t tell if it was blood or wine. That’s a sampling of what we experienced for three days, we will never come here again.

The room smelled like cat urine. There was a dead cockroach on the bathroom sink. The drapes were broken and numerous stains on carpet. The shower and bathroom was full of mold…
-
Mattress was comfortable Pillows were not comfortable at all. Crack in the porcelain of the toilet, smoke detector hanging off the wall and plug to hairdryer was dangerously cracked open near water spout. Room was very dated with stains all over the carpet.
-
