Great location

the location of the Hotel was the greatest asset, Once we were transferred to a King Bed suite as booked for the duration of our stay, we were much happier. The room first allocated incorrectly was a twin room, however there was absolutely no where to put our luggage and overall felt very cramped even though the two rooms were exactly the same size, the difference in space in the King bed suite was a welcome change. Breakfast was very average. We only ate there once as we sourced better food elsewhere even though breakfast was included in our stay. I also dislike the fact that everything in the breakfast room was disposable. ie plates, cups cutlery etc. I think the rubbish is so bad for the environment and ethically wrong.

This hotel has an amazing location, you're in the City but not in the crowded area and of course everything is in walkable distance (also subway station 1-2 min walk from the hotel). The breakfast is great and every day it's a little bit different. Clean and great stuff, everyone was very helpful. Our room was in a corner and for some reason the cleaning trolley with towels, and ect was outside of our door the whole stay (10 days) and it was actually difficult to pass by, especially if we were carrying something. We were 3 friends and the hotel room was pretty small for all of our suitcases (not the hotel's fault, just a heads up to have in mind)

The location is very good. All staff was polite and helpful, at all times. Room was nice, a bit small, but that's expected in NYC. Breakfast was good enough. All in all, a great experience. No issues to mention.

Room was big, clean and bed was very comfortable. Everything was good but I would have liked more fruits for morning breakfast.

Over a hundred people working there watching you eat breakfast. Super simple breakfast on cardboard plates and plastic cutlery. Beds a bit small.

Location and cleanliness. Breakfast is a little too stressful, with staff sitting single travellers like me in only a few badly located tables, to save space. That’s not nice. I had to lie, and say that I was a party of two to get a nice table at breakfast. That’s discrimination and this hotel has to change how it handles single travellers.

Felt safe and the location was right by the metro and was nice to walk around in. Right by major sites. They overbooked us so they had us stay at the other hotel on the lower floors the first day, and reimbursed us $50 for it. The rest of the days we stayed at the hotel we actualy paid for. The view was awesome and the food was ok. One thing to keep in mind is that only 2 elevators serve 44(?) floors but we never waited more than 5 min for an elevator to take us down. For that reason I’d recommend booking a higher floor with a view so you get priority on the way down for the elevator. Would recommend.

Room vas spacious, amaaaazing view and big comfortable bed! Bathroom could be more practicly organized, water diffuser is hard to use, you will wet your hair easily if you just want to shower without washing it. Also, breakfast should have more salty options and breakfast staff could be more kind!

An absolutely perfect stay! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Litochoro and just a short walk to all the tavernas, the main square, and the Olympus trailheads. The suites are stunning, sparkling clean, spacious, and beautifully designed—the perfect luxury to return to after a day of hiking and canyoning. The staff was incredible, so welcoming and attentive to every little detail. Exceptional hospitality! Nothing at all, everything was flawless. The only downside was that we couldn't stay longer!

Just the location and the staff The rooms are tiny, the housekeeping took my shopping bag with new clothes, they denied and the front desk had to pay for it! Also they didn’t clean the bathroom or the room properly. The bathroom is uncomfortable, the door can’t close completely.
-
Very friendly staff it was clean. The rooms are small, but that’s to be expected in New York. They upgraded us to a room with an incredible view, so that was really a bonus. All staff was very attentive and all of our needs were met.
