Location is awesome. Most of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby cafe had reasonably priced and healthy options. Cleaning staff were friendly and greeted us. I will stay here again.

Two of the three elevators that were dedicated to our section of floors (35-44) were out during our entire stay. Waiting time for an elevator, going up or down, went beyond 30 minutes during peak times.

Staff was very friendly. Room was dated: furniture falling apart, lamp was broken, and disgusting stains on the chair and tv. There was a dirty pull-up diaper in the bathroom trash when we checked in. Elevators are being updated, so wait times averaged 5 mins. Not much security in the lobby. Anyone can walk in and use the elevators (no card required to access a floor). Prices at the convenience store were ridiculous: over $7 for a bottle of soda. Don't think I will be staying here next time I visit NYC. I'll spend a little more to stay somewhere nicer.

Great location . Very busy but staff is very accommodating. Breakfast is very expensive . All the elevators were not working on a very very busy weekend. Nice large room and comfortable beds.
