Reviews

The property is a bit rundown since our visit 2 yrs ago. Our standard room was small. No reading lights by the bed.
-
Location was great. Room was comfortable. The room fridge did not work. A\C worked great. Sink was clogged but fixed quickly. Staff were helpful. Floors weren't very clean and rugs in room were filthy.
-
Room was clean upon arrival as well as every day during stay by housekeeping. Staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Great overall experience.
-
Loved the pool and easy access to everything. Needed to ask for room refreshes.
-
Elevator was beyond slow. Room service was supposed to be until nine. I called at 8:20 and was told the kitchen was closed. Extremely disappointing.
-
Great location right off of Rt 278 if you are driving and there is a paid parking lot. Subway stop at the corner. Quick walk to shops and restaurants.

Was Great
-
Very reasonable with space for clothes bathroom had a great shower head with plenty of hot water. Air conditioning was difficult to regulate temperatures.
-
The music was too loud at the pool

There was no water provided in the room, which is normally a complimentary item in many good hotels. Looking into the daily room charges, this was not expected. There is no parking at the hotel, and the available parking is private, which is good but very costly, as I had to pay USD 40 per day. I paid for breakfast in advance, but the available menu had limited vegetarian options. Service for breakfast was okay, but after providing one cup of coffee, we had to pay for each additional cup. There was a lot of noise in the rooms, and the charges I paid are not worth it. Not recommended unless necessary to stay there.

I love everything about my room did my birthday photoshoot n the room everything was perfect No complaints will definitely book again
-
The location was great for my needs, the hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful and pleasant and the coffee was at the main lobby bar was excellent. My dissappointment was the comfort of the room. I was surpised that there was only a plastic desk chair to relax in other than the bed. For the price of the room I expected at least a comfortable chair to sit in to watch TV, Read a book, etc.

I loved everything down to the hospitality the service to accommodate me and daughters needs for my daughter’s prom
-
There was a steamer in the room but no iron. In order to get ice you had to call the front desk to bring it. No water in the room. I needed a bottle of water to take my meds before bed and I know hotels up charge but $8.50 for a bottle of water was a bit much. The room looked clean-ish. More like what you can see was wiped down but the bathroom had a lot of drain gnats and that really icked me out. The shower pressure is very light. I did not like the neighborhood. I didn’t get to try the pool or bar/restaurant. The lobby was nice and the front desk reps were very nice.

Else clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Only miss was not including my Diet Coke with the food order. After pointing it out, he said he’d get it but never did.

Cleanliness was ok. Hotel design in general is nice. A decent 3.5-4 star stay. Nothing beyond.
